Samsung Cdma B 519 — Dissatisfaction of service

Hi,

I wish to submit my complain against the samsung cdma handset B 519 from Reliance webworld Sonipat,Haryana just 10 days back and Iam not at all happy with its service.The voice quality is worst ever I have experienced.Kindly instruct Reliance webworld to refund my money and take the phone back.
Also please let meknow if there is any contact number I can lodge the same complain at.
