[Resolved] Samsung Galaxy Pro Ii — Parts of phone not available with Service center | |||
I purchased samsung Galaxy Pro II six months ago. The ringer of phone through which mobile handsets rings on incoming calls gets dead unexpectedly three months ago (I.e. after 3 months of purchase of phone). I visited samsung service center located in faridabad, sector 16, near ICICI bank, but they asked to leave handset with them for week. Due to non-availability of spare handset with me i asked them to call the part & i will visit again after one week, After one week, again they didnt have any idea whether they have called that part or not. Again they asked me to submit my handset. Then, i visited another service center (new one), which is at Ajronda Chowk Faridabad, and asked for ringer, They also asked me to leave the handset with them. Again i asked them to call item and i will visit them after week. They responded positively. After, week on another visit they didnt have any idea about call. They again took copy of bill from me. and told me that they will intimate me on availability. Its been 1.5 month i don't have any intimation from them. Because i am a student and pursuing training as well. I don't have much time to invest in this things.I am feeling like handicap who has invested his saving in buying much expensive phone. and due to poor after sale service i don't have any option to go for.I think my warranty period get expired in this thing. I have almost wasted my 11,000 Rupee in poor handset with battery backup. Please look into the greivance.I have put my level but unable to get satisfactory service of Samsung.
