customer care center bad experience
when we contacting at toll free no, of companines very bad experience with those who are speaking in hindi. care peoples are very uncomfort with our national langauage and telling if you complaint in hindi phoned at new delhi on chargeble phone. toll free number is only for english speaking person. it means income from india and insultin national langauage.
after long practice we complained and so many time phoned on call center. they your area is very long from our service centre we passed your complaints not possible to atent very shortly.
it means if want to pruchase samsung product we want to stay at nearest placeof serice centre and knowing english langauage/
very shame the international brand cheating with indian citizens with wetenr business stlye.

I had brought a Samsung fridge, 260 ltrs and Microwave from M/s Gulzar Electronicd, Deolali in May 2009, but only the service person of the microwave had visited and explained the functioning. I had asked him to send the service person for getting the setting of the doors for the fridge. I had also complained to the dealer but nobody has visited so far as on date. Pls detail yr rep from Nasik, Nasik Road or from ur factory to set the door. if not done within 10 days of this complaint, I would be forced to return the fridge and ask for full refund.

First problem : My refrigerator is not working and I made a complaint. After one week service man had come and told that the refrigerator is in choke condition and we should fill the gas. The estimated amount is 950 INR approximately. We will agree and and made the accepted call. After 20 days the service men will come and fill the gas in the refrigerator. During the 2 days of observation after the service the cooling control is not functioning properly. Again I made a complaint. The seviceman will come after one month and told to us that the cooling control problem with thermostat. So you have to change the thermostat. We will accept to change the thermostat. After 20 days the service man had come and change the thermostat. The same day itself I observed the refrigerator again went back to choking condition (cooling action not working). The service men changed the thermostat had not handover the old thermostat to my family member. Also he had not signed the signature in the service receipt.. I and family member made complaints to the chennai samsung service centres several times (Sanvee customer care and Sunbeam Electronic) regarding this issues. But the service centre incharge Mr.Bilal told that he had charge the gas refilling amount if you want your refrigerator has to be service. So you should pay the amount of 950 INR. I am totally unsatisfied this type of your service. I had made several complaints for the past 5 months regarding this issue. I am totally vexed for your service. Please kindly rectify this problem.

I fully agree that the Samsung Services in India are pathetic. There is a defective fridge problem which had started in 2008, 9 months after the fridge was delivered, and it is still going on inspite of compressor having been replaced 3 times in the last one year. The Company refuses to replace the defective fridge and leave alone an apology for all the harrassment, the Service staff reply with very crude and abusive language.
Will the Samsung Head office staff kindly take note of all the above complaints, as it is very bad publicity for the company, and we are all advising our friends NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG because of the terrible After-sales service. The website says to quote the complaint number i all future correspondence but keep changing the number with every reminder. Hence maybe no one is aware of what is going on here. If there isany PRO over at the Head office kindly ask your Service Centre at Goa, (Dealer Talaulikar Electricals) regarding Transaction No. 2002471844 and request a history of the case from your Service staff as this has been going on since 31st October 2008.
URGENT - Also would request you to publicize your MAIN CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE Location in INDIA at a Central point to look after grievances against your local Sales staff in your Service centres.

I GAVE MY PHONE FOR REPAIRING TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE AT DELHI ALMOST A MONTH AGO.THE PROBLEM WAS THAT ITS KEYS GOT HANGED SOMETIMES. THEY TOLD ME TO GET IT AFTER 2 DAYS BUT THEN THEY COMPLAINT OF SOME OTHER PROBLEM... I BOUGHT IT ON 24/08/08.IT IS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.

I have purchased one CTV set of 21" from Kalkaji SAMSUNG showroom on 15th Feb 2009.I have lodged a complaints on SAMSUNG customer care regarding TV set on 29th August but nobody has visited my TV set yet.They confirmed so many times the complaints number but no action has been taken care of.

It was a very bad experience from samsung india ltd and i never faced such a poor services from any service provider.It would be oblidged if you can resolve this problem ASAP.

I purchase samsung mobile J-150 from Global Access from Marthalli Bangalore. BSNL has rejected this mobile for IEMI no validity. I approached service centre Domlur Bangalore-71 and given for rectification on 20 Jul 09. Till today 04 Sep 09, nither i received my mobile after repair nor i got refund of my money. Service centre has informed inability to rectify the snag of my new mobile. Due to non availability i have lost so may important meetings and commitments. In future I may think 100 times before purchase of any Samsung product.

I have also a complaint against Samsung, I have bought Washing Machine on 5 th September 09, and i lodged a complaint next day with its Customer Care and i am following it up every day but still no one has come to visit and height is that whenever i call customer care they say with in 2 hours u will recieve a call from service center and no one calls!!!
Shame on Samsung!! ShameSung..

I have purchased a samsung mobile. SGH-J700i at 20-05-09. I faced some problem with it`s woking and reported at SHREERAM Tower, lucknow. They asked me to contact at Niralanagar service center, where they deposited my set at 15-07-09 and asked me to contact at 17th of this month. Today they are asking for one more week!
I am a doctor posted in ICU it is not possible for me to trace your next date . kindly please see in to the matter and solve it.

I bough a mobile of Samsaung model no. S 1210. It is very bad experience of buying the samsung product. It went out of order just after 12 days. I complained the customer care. They gave me service centre add. I took the mobile to service centre and ask for the repair. They told me come tomorrow, and I went and got a reply from that person, it has not repaired yet. so please come after 5 days. I went after 5 days, but it still not repaired. When I asked them, why are they not repairing my mobile. They started argument and abusing. Then I decided, I will not buy samsang product near in the future and not let my friends and relatives to buy the samsung product. It is the worst company. Even Chinese Mobile which don't provide warranty is far better than the samsung.
So it is my humble request to all people not to buy samsung products.

This is Gopikrishna.Chennam for Hyderabad, I had bought two Samsung 1.5 Ton AC's in the month of March 2007, Since then once in a while I receive calls that my AC's are due for service, but no one had turned up till date.
I believe while buying the AC's we were offered 3 free Services, which were never done, But today I receive calls from one of your authorized service center (+91 40 23062174) saying that my AC's are due for Service, and these services are charged.
When enquired about my free services, I get a reply that I should contact Samsung Costumer care for free services on 30308282.
Then I called 30308282 and spoke to one of you executive by name Kalyani, who repeats that same story that I need to log a Complain for free services only then I can avail them in the first year of purchase.
My Question here is that, if I need to register for a free service, Can I know the reason why I received a call today from the above said no. without any complain registered?
My feeling is that since its a paid service you are chasing me but never cared for my free services, May be i have to repent for buying 2 AC's from Samsung,

I had bought a regerigator from Samsung in 16-April'2007 Model No.R2-39WBMS. The first complaint was made on 22-Oct-09 about the door buzzer continuously on and tube light not working. BP no. 8405031805). Engineer Mr Gupta came and by-passed the buzzer and confirmed that tubelght would be changed the next day. Since then the cooling in the fridge compartment has got adversely affected and I have since been complaining for this problem. We lodged another complaint on 1st Nov-09 (BP No.8405031805) after Mr Gupta refused to attend. Service engineers have come to attend the complaint but have still not been able to resolve the issues. In fact yesterday they even changed the light but has again stopped working the next day morning. I have been telling them repeatedly that the problem is not with the tubelight but with some loose connection problem but the tecnicians who are attending seem to be totally non-competent. In fact even the less cooling problem is being attended by them only by changing the temperature settings which I have already tried many times.

sir i buy an samsung mobile m-200 model in feb. 09 & it was in gurantee period now. Sir me cell was doing problem since frm 3 months. Sir i gave it to the service center which is in bhopal. But i can't ger good responce frm the centre. The problem was not resolved frm 1n half month.

very poor customer care performance...they refuse to agree that i had received a call on 9/11/2009 from customer care telling me that there will be a person on 10/11/2009 and this is when according to them they have registered a complaint on 07/10/2009 but according to ezone from where i got my washing machine the complaint has been registered on 5/10/2009. waste of having a customer care department if they cannot see to a compliant being solved...poor, pathetic response...for a brand new washing machine issue...sadly dissapointed...

He reported the mobile has Battery Complaint and he serviced and gave to me on 17/07/2009. Again the set repaired on 18-07-2009. Also Mr. Jegadeesh serviced the set and gave me after 30 days on 20/08/09. Again and again the set repaired, so Mr. Jegadeesh get the set from me and gave to the PROMOTE SERVICES- Nagercoil on 05-09-09. Service Work order No.:WA15750911344. After I did not get the Set till now. So More times I called Mr. Ashok – Branch Manager and asked about my set by Telephone. But I did not get any responsibilities from him. So, when you get this mail, If you will not take any action, What can I do? I can to Consumer Court and file criminal complaint on your company.

purchased samsung guru 519 muzik in sep 09 from agra tata dealer. (FCC ID A3LSCHB519, )
its having problem at the reception end since then (the other side cant here properly).
given twice to the samsung service centre at secunderabad. they have not been able to rectify the problem ( work order 9j 2305). apparently a software problem with the model.
i am fed up with the phone as my wife is not able to use it.
kindly replace the set at the earliest. IN ANY CASE FROM BEING A LOYAL SAMSUNG USER OF SO MANY YEARS, I AM GETTING QUITE DISILLUSIONED WITH YOUR SETS NOW.
