I have given my mobile Model. No. SCHB259 for repair at Your Thane Service Centre on 27-06-09 at 1:50am



(Mobile is not even used for One Day after Purchase)



As per information from Mr. Prakash instrument will be send to Bangalore for Change of PVA, he told that it will take 10 days



After calling on 06-07-09 he told that PVA is not available it will take at least 4 days at Bangalore Service Centre



Same reply came on 09-07-09 & 11-07-09







Please let me know exact how long you will wait for PVA, is there any time limit

Samsung F480 mobile — Delay in repairing mobile phone.

Respected Sir,

I Have given my Samsung F480 mobile phone for repairing on 26-9-09 & its comes under warrenty period. One month time is already taken for repairing & now still in service center told that it will takes 15 days more. Now what will I do. So Please take some action.

I have given my Samsung SHG F480 for Reparing on 2699 is toally dead & its come under warrenty period . So already one month time is taken for repairing. So please take some action
