[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile / Model No. Sgh - E250 — MOBILE DISPLAY NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,
Inspite of several mails to you I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY FEEDBACK FOR SERVICE OF MY NEW GSM MOBILE SGH-E250 I HAVE WRITTEN YOU BEFORE ALSO I HAVE PURCHASED THIS MOBILE FROM BHAYANDER WEST MUMBAI - 401101 BEFORE 3 MONTHS AND NOW IT'S DISPLAY TURNED HALF WHITE I DON'T KNOW HOW MOBILE IS IN ABSOLUTELY VERY GOOD CONDITION I HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT I AM A COMPUTER ENGINEER WORKING AS A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER I KNOW HOW TO USE ELECTRONIC DEVICES THEN ALSO WHEN I VISITED YOUR BORIVALI - WEST BRANCH THEY TOLD ME THAT EVEN THOUGH IT IS IN WARRANTY YOU HAVE TO PAY RUPEES. 650/- TOWARDS REPAIR OF MOBILE I TOLD THEM THAT IT IS IN WARRANTY THEY TOLD ME WARRANTY IS FOR SELLING PRODUCT AND NOT FOR FREE REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT THEY TOLD ME LIER AND TOLD THAT CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS LIER IS THIS THE POLICY OF SAMSUNG COMPANY EVEN MY BROTHER HAS TAKEN SAME MOBILE

PLEASE DONT SPOIL THE NAME OF THE COMPANY AS THEN I WILL NOT ENCOURAGE ANY BODY TO GO FOR ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT

IT'S 25 DAYS PASSED THIS PROBLEM HOW I AM USING MOBILE I AM FACING MANY DIFFICULTIES PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM.

GSM E-250 — GSM E-250

I had purchased GSM E-250 mobile phone on 1st Nov., 2007 at Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. The mobile had suddenly stopped displaying and there was no ring tone. The problem was brought to the notice of your dealer who suggested us to report in your service center at Palampur. I was not satisfied by your person at Palampur and his behaviour was not good which is bringing bad name to your esteemed company. I also called in your service helpline who asked me to go again to Palampur which is about 50 KM from here. I have already spent around 500/- in going to Palampur and Dharamshala and having mental harrassment. Ultimately I have to move to the consumer court at Dharamshala.
