[Resolved] Samsung Mobile SCH S379 — Not accepting warranty card and charging money for servicing | |||
sir, I bought a samsung cdma set[protected] samsung muzik SCH-S379 compatible to tata indicom on 28.11.2009,it was a good hand set but suddenly on 22.11.2010 my set became dead.I just ran to our nearest servicing center,in hurry i forgot to take my mobile bill, They told me that it will take 500Rs(approx).on the next day i went there with my bill. which shows that it was within warrenty period, but they refused to accept that I requested them many times. but their behaviour became very rough. i came back home after they told me that as i have signed the bill which shows it will take approximately 500 Rs. Afterwards one month crossed and there was no response from them when i called them they told me it will take 2000 Rs and also stated that i must have forgotton as they have informemed me via telephone. i was merely surprised to see that they havent wrote my phone number on the bill. When i crosschecked my no to them they were silent. I was shocked at their behaviour, and how fluent they lied to me. I just want to know why they are charging me so much money while my product was within warrenty period.
