Samsung Sch - M569 — Unfriendly phone and unfriendly customer care | |
I visited mumbai recently and my old nokia CDMA mobile got some problem so had to buy a mobile urgently, got Samsung CDMA mobile SCH-M569. Soon I realized that this is very unfriendly phone software with irritating User interface. After my return back to home I tried installing PC Studio which is even more irritating annoying experience, as it never gets installed correctly on any Operating System (Win XP/ Win 2003/ Win 7), called customer care they didn't had any solution and they suggested to visit their service center. Technical team there at their service center responded like they don't have any solution and they are not able to connect to their PC as well without much investigation they took my phone and asked me to wait for 2-3 days. I am totally annoyed irritated with experience post switch from NOKIA to Samsung. Completely unprofessional behavior of customer care/service center and most unfriendly UI of mobile what else required to know that Samsung is just pushing its sales but not the quality. Nexgt time i would refrain from taking any Samsung product at least before checking reviews. Waiting for results from service center.... Samsung /Mobile M569 — Samsung not supporting to solve its model problem
I am not able to move recorder voice file from mobile to other device or its internal/external memory location also.Mobile model no.Samsung M569.Customer care and service center also not supporting to solve the problem.Customer care executive always say like they will call within 2 hour but from last 25 days I didn't get any call from Samsung and I give a daily reminder to him but some time they gives a new complain no.
