[Resolved] Samsung Side By Side Refrigerator — Indifferent attitude of Noida Service Centre | |||
I shifted residence to Greater Noida on 29th April. I requested for the services of Samsung Engineer to come and instal / connect my refrigerator which I bought in 2007. The phone number provided by the company[protected] is just a fraud on the public. The so called service executives who attend calls on this number are simply giving false promises to the customers and do not take any action on the complaints. I have called them atleast 20 times and every time they told me that their service engineer will reach my house within one hour. And each time it turned out be a false promise because no one has come in last one month. In last 3-4 days, these people have started acting funny. They put me on hold for as long as 20 minutes some times, and then they cut the phone. I wanted to know the contact details of Samsung Sales and Marketing officials but these people are not giving the contact details. It appears that the Noida service centre of Samsung is not in control of Samsung India, and they have been given the freedom to trouble, misguide and cheat customers. I wish some of the concerned officials of Samsung India could take a feedback from me on my bitter experience with Noida Service Centre. Samsung Side by Side refrigerator — Service deficiency
My complaint regarding side by side samsung refrigerator is not being attended to by local service centre. There is no place to call except their call centre who sends you back to the service centre. Is there nobody on top responsible for solving customer complaints ?
