I would like to inform you that I had made ONE transaction each of Rs.10000/- from punjab national Bank ATM ON 4th octeber 2012, . Unfortunately I got error and haven't got the money. However, the amount have been deducted from my account. I came to know that when I took the mini statement from SBI ATM) after withdrawing Rs.10000
I would also like to inform you that I am a student and this amount really matters to me as I belong to a financially weak family. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern so that the money is credited in my account soon. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer I have very much belief in SBI but this time I am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP. I may be saved from this mental harassment because this amount really matters a lot to me.

I deposited cash in ATM TERMINAL SIOD[protected] at opera house mumbai..this ATM is use only cash depositing I deposit cash notes as 500x1=500/-+100x5=500/-+50x7=350/-+20x7=140/-+10x31=310/-.totale become 1800/-.Machine took cash and screen shows ERR COUNTER not give slip. secanday I went to SBI opera house brach. cash officer Mr.PARMAR. He took my request letter told me now is the bank year ending after twodays I will check and credit in your account.after 3 days officer told me I got cash but their is Rs. 50/- less now audditing is going on I will do after 2 days. Now today is dt.13/04/13. 15 days pass the amount of Rs.1800/- is not credit in my account

My daughter, Lavanya Mohan is having a S.B. Account No.[protected] since July 1999 with SBI, K.K. Nagar Branch, Chennai 600 078. She got married and settled now in Bangalore and she has not operated the account for last four years. She has got a letter from SBI requesting her to contact the Branch and do the KYC. During her last month visit to my house, she has personally gone to SBI, K.K. Nagar Branch and produced all documents alongwith an application form to update KYC .This has been accepted by SBI, K.K. Nagar Branch and also done KYC update in their system. But, they have failed to inform her about the status of the account i.e. her account is in Dormitory status for last four years. If they have informed her about it, definitely she should have operated the account with cash deposit or withdrawl of cash from her S.B. Account etc. Last week, I visited the Branch to give an application form for cheque book request, duly signed by her. This application has not been accepted by the Accountant of the Branch stating that she will not accept it because the S.B. Account is in Dormitory status.
She has further informed me that SHE SHOULD PERSONALLY VISIT the branch and deposit cash / withdraw cash from her S.B. Account to make it as an operative one.. Accountant refused to accept cash deposit for above account from me and she insisted that my daughter only can deposit cash into her dormitory acount to make it alive. My daughter has left for U.S.A. on a foreign assignment and likely to return after 3 months. I failed to understand why SBI, K.K. Nagar Branch has not informed her about the status of the acount, when she has personally visited the Branch and DONE THE KYC. Since the KYC has been done to the account, there is no necessary for the Acountant to insist my daughter to come again the Branch and do the Cash transaction.
Why they are insisting that she should personally visit again to the Branch and do the cash transaction? As a Father of the Child, why they are not allowing me to deposit cash into her S.B. Account and make it live?
When the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India is insisting that each family should have minimum two bank accounts, SBI, K.K. Nagar Branch is trying to close the existing accounts also.
Kindly look into these issue and please give necessary instructions to SBI K.K. Nagar Branch to issue cheque book for her S.B. Account No.[protected] and also make the Account as live by allowing me to deposit cash into her account.
