[Resolved]  SBI ATM / Debit Card — ATM transaction failure : Received Rs. 500 Short

Dear Sir/Madam

I have lodged following complaint at SBI, Shakti Nagar Branch as well as sent a mail to helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in and [protected]@sbi.co.in but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.500/- from SBI.

I would like to inform you that I had made two transactions each of Rs.6500/- each from SBI Laxmi Nagar ATM (ATM ID - S1AN[protected] ON 18th June 2009. Unfortunately in second withdrawals I got only Rs.6000/- from ATM machine (11 notes of 500 and 5 notes of 100) but total 13000/- was debited from my account. Instead of Rs.500/- note I got a yellow paper slip (with SBI Stamp) which are usually used for covering bundles of notes. I have already made a written complaint with photo copy of transaction slip and yellow paper slip to my Branch Manager (SBI Shakti Nagar, Delhi) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done till date while I repeatedly contacted to Shakti Nagar Branch, till now this Rs.500/- have not credited in my account. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP.I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me.

I would like to inform you that I had made ONE transaction of Rs.1000/- from SBM ATM (majestic branch, bangalore) ON[protected], at 15:37 pm. Unfortunately I got error and haven't got the money. However, the amount have been deducted from my account.I am a consumer of SBI, Hassan branch

On[protected] a new account has been opened at Chandrayangutta branch, Hyderabad -500058 vide A/C No:[protected] by Khaja Osman Ali, r/o H.No:18-8-192/3, Indira Nagar Phisalbanda, Hyderabad. ATM card has been issued, but the kid scratched the ATM letter and the pin nuber is not visible. Hence it is requested to issue another ATM card and oblige.

Dear Sir,


I am Mohammad Islam, an account holder of SBI.
My 10000/- has been deducted from my account during ATM transaction on[protected] from PNB Machine in front of Krishna Institute of Engg & Technology, Ghaziabad-Meerut Road, Muradnagar, Ghaziabad-UP-201206, at time about 17:26 but actually I had not recieved the amount and even the machine have not responded any thing.In the next transaction of Balance enquiry the machine responded Transaction declined.

SBI — atm disturbances

sir,i had tried for a transiction on dt.20.01.2011 at oldtown branch,bhubaneswar,orissa.i had tried rs 700 for twice with transiction code 1189 and 1190 repeatedly.the response was not responding.i had tried for the balance inquiry,but due to some technical problem i did not found any result.on dt 22.01.2011 when i had tried for a mini statement i found that total 1400 rupees has been deducted from my account.i had given a written complain to the manager old town branch Bhubaneswar,orissa.then i got back my 700 rupees only in bulk deposite process.but for rest 700 rupees i had tried alot.now it is going to be complite 1 month duration during this disturbances.no one caring for that.i am now mentally imbalanced.please guide me.i am a poor person.the manager of my origin account also misbehaving me while i went to him for this problem.sir, please kindly look into this matter.

State Bank of India — Debit in A/c

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a S/B bank a/c No. [protected] with SBI Bangla Bazar branch in the name of Capt. Jai Shankar Singh
After going through my mini statement of A/c i found that there is some debit entries in my a/c as:-
12/02/11 Rs. 2825/-
12/02/2011 Rs. 9198/-
12/02/2011 Rs. 1777/27
11/02/2011 Rs. 29/-
11/02/2011 Rs. 106/-
11/02/2011 Rs. 54/-

All above debits are shown against POS purchase, but i didn't purchase anything of that much amount.

After making complaints in SBI Contact Centre, they replied to give complain on toll free no. but after making many calls of about 10 minutes, they keep on hold and nobody entertain the call.

Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

sir, I open my saving account in SBBJ bank at shastri circle Udaipur branch and apply for ATM. i got atm card no.[protected] and SB Account no. is[protected], But very long i have not received my pin no. i request you to send my pin envelope in the related branch as soon as earlier AND OBLIGE. tHANKS
