[Resolved]  SBI ATM / Debit Card — ATM transaction failure : Received Rs. 500 Short

Dear Sir/Madam

I have lodged following complaint at SBI, Shakti Nagar Branch as well as sent a mail to helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in and [protected]@sbi.co.in but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.500/- from SBI.

I would like to inform you that I had made two transactions each of Rs.6500/- each from SBI Laxmi Nagar ATM (ATM ID - S1AN[protected] ON 18th June 2009. Unfortunately in second withdrawals I got only Rs.6000/- from ATM machine (11 notes of 500 and 5 notes of 100) but total 13000/- was debited from my account. Instead of Rs.500/- note I got a yellow paper slip (with SBI Stamp) which are usually used for covering bundles of notes. I have already made a written complaint with photo copy of transaction slip and yellow paper slip to my Branch Manager (SBI Shakti Nagar, Delhi) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done till date while I repeatedly contacted to Shakti Nagar Branch, till now this Rs.500/- have not credited in my account. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP.I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me.

I have lodged following complaint at SBI, godha colony, indore, i'm a student because of that money problem i'm facing lot's of problem. so, You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs 3000/- from SBI.

I would like to inform you that I had made a tranjuction from sbi atm in bhaurkua on 1st oct 2011. Unfortunately the atm machine had some technical problem due to that my tranjection is failed but when i check my balance there is a deduction of Rs 3000 from my a/c due to atm technical problem so please help me i'm facing lot's of problem due to that. I would like to regretfully inform you that as on today i.e. 02 Jan 2012 at around 1800h to 2000h, I had applied for withdrawal of Rs 5000/- from my account No [protected] vide ATM Card No[protected] through using ICICI Bank ATM at Domlur branch of Bangalore. On checking of my bank statement at the same time, it has been seen that only Rs 5000/- was received by me vide transaction No 9704 of the ATM.The other transaction No 9657 & 9658 of each Rs 5000/- have been debited from my account. Out of which only transaction No 9658 has been credited into the account. The other one transaction No 9657 has erroneously been debited from the account is still not re-credited into my account. Therefore, It is requested to look into the matter and credit the amount of Rs 5000/- into my account which was erroneously debited vide transaction no 9657. After taking into account all the transaction occurred on 02 Jan 12, my balance should be Rs 8653/-. I hope that your esteem office will do the needful on priority and confirm the same as per details below :-

However, the amount have been deducted from my account. I came to know that when I took the mini statement from SBI ATM (agapura Branch) after withdrawing Rs. 400/-.
I would also like to inform you that I am a student and this amount really matters to me as I belong to a financially weak family. ATM transaction failure : 2000/- wrongly deduct from my saving AC No [protected]
Dear Sir/Madam

My ATM card Bearing No[protected] (AC No - [protected] Branch Code- 2096, Branch-NBU Campus of West Bengal) from which I have withdrawn rupees 1000/- at 08:53 on 01/02/2012 which I have received simultaneously just after 3 seconds, nextly at 08:56 the same day when I try to withdraw rupees 2000/- from the same ATM It was not dispense case and the amount was deduct from my account. The total amount was Rs 15367/- at that time and after withdrawn of Rs 1000/- there must be Rs 14367/- and the 2000/- which I tried to withdraw was not actually received and deduct from the account, the balance shown was 12367/- only which should be 14367/- .

This transaction was took place in Punjab national bank, Branch - Bikaner Cantt, Code- 4128 (Rajasthan). Sir I put an application to the manager of PNB regarding the same, he said as the ATM card is of SBI Bank u have to lodged the complain to the customer care no [protected]/[protected] /[protected] or u have to lodged the complain from the bank where your account is( Which is in West Bengal) The No he has given was of the same no which was mentioned in the transaction slip of SBI. Sir I tried about 150 times but customer care was of no mean to share the problem. The route always says busy otherwise said the no not available. Than I contact to the bank where my account is, with the help of my brother but they said as the ATM transaction is from bikaner, Rajasthan. there, the only problem will be solved. So sir this is the whole picture which I tried to show to you. Please try to solve my problem as such this is my hard earning.

I hope my faith to SBI Bank will never let diminish. Kindly consider the matter.

I would like to inform you that I m a customer o[censored]nited bank of India.
Last 10th of Feb 2012, I m going for a transaction through UBI ATM Machine located here in Thakurpukur, Kolkata, near UBI branch.

I entered the amount of Rs 10,000/- but the machine replied as "UNABLE TO DISPENSE CASH"... dated 10/2/2012

After 5 minutes I checked my balance and I saw the amount was debited from my account...

I have submitted the complaint on the same day at Bank i.e. United Bank of India, Thakurpukur Branch,

I lodge a complaint with a application as per UBI instructions dated 10/2/2012. But still now I m not getting my money.

So please Help me for this...

State Bank of India — not receiving the but showing debited

Dear Sir,

I Manish purohit having an account in State bank of india,Railway station branch,near railway station jodhpur. My a/c no. is [protected]. On 2-march-2012 between 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm i tried to withdraw 12000 rs from Punjab National Bank A.T.M. at kamla nehru nagar jodhpur, than the message displayed that limit of withdrawing money is not exceed than 10000 rs, than i first withdraw 10000 rs and in second attempt for 2000 rs it displayed in sufficient amount.and when i check my account statement through internet banking i found 2000 rs has been debited from account and when i contact to my S.B.I. branch they gave me a customer care no.for complaint ,since i am trying but no. is continusly busy and my complain has not been receive yet. pl do needful action my contact no. is [protected].

I respect and humble sumbition I am Lakshmikant pal with in SBI ac holder last several times. But unfortunately I got a transaction yesterday date on 03.03.2012 on that time with 3Banks ( 1- HDFC/ 2- ICICI BANK/ 3-BANK OF BARODA ) cash is not out on the ATM machine .Due to server down.

May I know HOW MUCH TIME would it require for the rectification of this unknown cyber transaction? I am in urgent need of money,
