We are the residents of Geetapuri (Khargapur), Gomtinagar, Lucknow since 2003. We had purchased land from the farmers and thereafter we made houses and we are living. It is a residential colony with all amenities like the electricity poles, parks and well laid out roads. We have voters cards, electricity connections, ration cards, passports etc. But so far the SDM Ghazipur has not notified this area as residential under Section 143. He should do this as soon as possible. Under the Act 143 ZA & LR, it is done suo moto by the SDM. Can any one help us do this. This would help the residents to get finance from the banks.
