Snapdeal — Faulty product

Recently i purchased a webcam and i found it to be faulty!! The order was placed on 30th April 2012 [order no.[protected]] which was shipped through bluedart and it got delivered on 4th May 2012 i.e today. As i try to capture pictures or record a video a black screen appears and nothing happens!!

So please look into this matter and make them replace the faulty product as soon as possible...

I bought a D-Link Wireless N 150 ADSL2+ 4-port Ethernet Router (DSL-2730U) from Snapdeal.com ( Order Id:[protected].
The product started giving problem within 10 days. I contacted snapdeal customer support and asked them for replacement and they told me that its not there problem and I should product customer support.
I contacted the product customer support, they told that its a hardware issue and the product need to be replaced.
Replacement of the product will take around 15 days to get replaced. So after paying full amount and buying a new product, I will be stuck with no device. So what is the meaning buying a product.
So never buy any product from Snapdeal.com. Its a fake and fraud company making fool of customers.
I recently purchased Samsung Guru Mobile from snapdeal and got faulty battery .....they arranged the reverse pickup and after that i am continiously following them regarding product replacement or cash but nothing in happening........ customer care are dump people who can do nothing expect writing mails to concerned department.

Its better to purchase specially electronic from store instead online.
I ordered an Olive i pad 3G calling pad, and it was delivered to me in 7 - 8 days. but when it was delivered and i started checking the product, then i found the fault in the Sim slot. So, immediately i called to the snap deal customer care, but they were just tryingg to avoid me and they were saying me to go to the service centre of Olive. I was not ready to go to the service centre and i straightaway said no to them and asked them to replace my product, and the courier boys came to me next day & took the product along with them 14 - 15 days back from today's date, and my product is not yet delivered to me yet and they are least bother, they are not even trying to call me or not even revert my mail too. Please solve my problem

I ordered a HUL Advanced Puriet from snapdeal on June 3, 2013 and recieved on 15th June, 2013. It is a damaged product and since then I am trying to contact snapdeal to change it or take it back but there has been no response. Everytime I call and they say it will be resolved in 24-48 hours. I am so tired of calling them up and writing mail. There has been no communication from Snapdeal. Product is still with me and is of no use to me. I want my money back and its been a month. Its mental harassment. Please do the needful.
I also got faulty product ...i have so many times called them, mailed them but nothing happen ...they do reply for mail but did nothing ...
i m still waiting for the replacement for my order which i purchased Order ID :[protected] Order Placed on :[protected] ...this is the type of service they provide.

I had ordered &quot;Chanakya: An Epic Saga (Hindi) [DVD]&quot; set from E-Commerce site SNAPDEAL on May 29(Order No. [protected]). There is a problem in DVDs provided by the seller. The Disc numbers 2, 5, 7 are not reading properly(to be precise they get stuck) in the DVD player. The problem came when I played disc 2. After which I checked every DVD but 2, 5 and 7 are not working properly. I contacted snapdeal Customer care, they did not registered my complaint as 7 days has passed after delivery(as per there policy) and told me to contact PEN india(the distributer of the DVDs). It is not possible to watch the whole Series in 7 days. When contacting PEN, they told the seller is responsible for any change. Again I contacted SNAPDEAL on, they registered my complaint on 13 jun and gave me two days time within which there investigating team will contact me. Till now no call has been made from SNAPDEAL.
Kindly look into this matter.
