[Resolved]  South Western Railways — Train Late Every day

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a monthly pass holder, traveling daily to my office from Hosur to Byappanahally by Train Number: 76554, this train is running late every day due to abnormal delay on crossing of Ernakulam Intercity ,ysr-hsra passenger, and salem passenger, priority is not giving to Train No.76554,after all the crossing is over then only it is allowing to bangalore, in the early mornings this delay is giving more mental tensions, and late to the office , and Loss of Pay, and irregular attendance in our office.
To day[protected] some of the effected passengers asked about this abnormal delay on crossing to the rail way official on duty at Karmelram station, he has answered very irrespective and irresponsible,and he has refused to give the complaint book to register our complaints, more over that he has condomend the higher officers of the Railways.If this situation continues it will creates unnecessary rubbings.

Kindly make any valuable solutions to run Train No.76554 in its scheduled time, and help us to attend our office in time .
