[Resolved]  South Western Railways — Refund for my pnr [protected]

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

I had booked a ticket from Kankakumari to Bangalore (SBC) for my PNR number [protected] (3ac) of train number 6525, dated of journey 21-06-10 which was on wating list which i bought from Madurai railway station with my credit card. As till the date of journey it was on waiting list so, i wanted to cancel it and i went Kanakumari Railway station to cancel the tickets 3hrs before departure of the train but the tickets could not be canceled as the railway authority said me as i had booked my tickets with my credit card it cannot be canceled here i had either to go back to Madurai Railway station or file a TDR at Bangalore.
So i came back to Bangalore and filled a TDR for my PNR [protected] on 02-07-10 at the Office of The Senior Commercial Manager, South Western Railways, Bangalore City. and assured for refund within fourty five days and got a recede for the same. But i got a shock when i received a letter on 12_08-10 from the office of The Senior Commercial Manager, South Western Railways, Bangalore City Ref # B/C 508 1552A signed by Sr.Divisional Commercial Manager, Bangalore, sating that your request for refund dated 08-06-10 for ****PNR [protected]*** revels that you have travelled on the above ticket.
But the person who had signed the letter did not even bother to check the PNR number. as my PNR ***[protected] date of journey 21-06-10 and they had send me a letter for*** PNR [protected] dated 08-06-10 which was not my PNR number.
The same day i had returned a registered letter along with all the documents, Still i did not get any reply.
Please Help me getting my refund.
