Cockroaches

I'm traveling from Bangalore to Puducherry by night train amd I can't sleep because it's crawling with cockroaches big and small! I have personally killed at least 12(!!!), amd many more were killed by my family members.
I'm also afraid they might crawl into our luggage (((
This is unacceptable!! Never using them train again...

using debit / credit card for purchase of railway tkts. - reg

Sirs,

The honble prime minister of india and finance minister of india are advising people repeatedly to use debit card /credit card for all transactions to achieve cashless / less cash economy, as the cost of printing currency notes are high.

But the indian railways (South western railway in my case) is discouraging use of debit / credit cards in many ways. I purchased 4 tkts in sl class through debit card....

Reservation compartment

Dear Sir, I am Shashidhar who frequently travels in week end to Mysore from Bangalore and fortunately always travels in Chamundi Express train which departs from Bangalore at 1815hrs. Since my job profile makes me so tired always I do my ticket reserved but problem here is no one takes care of these reserved compartments(2 non AC + 1AC). Only AC compartment taken care very well and disciplined but non AC compartments are no no difference...

Dear Sir From July01, the stops for Yeshwanthpur - Kannur train 6527/28 has been removed. The stations are BANASWADI, KARAMELARAM. Stations like CRLM are biggest boon for People residing in South as this provides the quickest access to this train. Poor service in the running train and dereliction of duty by TTE

1) I was travelling on 27th Night Train in Shimoga-Bangalore express at coaach S4 with sleeper berth 68. The train haled at Kadur Station from 00 hours to 7.30 hours in the morning of 28th due to accident of a good train just a few kms away from Kadur. Dear Sir/Madam,
We travelled on[protected] by train no: 56912 from Hubli to Bangalore in extra coach (SE2). This is fast passenger train, will stop at many small station on the way from Hubli to Bangalore. But in between from Hubli and Bangalore, from many small stations, around 70-80 people with unreserved tickets boarded same coach. And those people were disturbing reserved passengers for seat and accommodation. There were no TC...

As till the date of journey it was on waiting list so, i wanted to cancel it and i went Kanakumari Railway station to cancel the tickets 3hrs before departure of the train but the tickets could not be canceled...

The final PNR No. status after chart preparation is WL 28/29. I have filed a TDR with Bangalore SouthWestern Railway Refund section.

The WL ticket is attached herewith along with TDR receipt submitted to Refund section, SBC.

I have not yet received any reply from your Bangalore Refund section.

Kindly help me in co-ordinating with SBC redund section. OR provide me...

Train Delays under Salem Section

Hi,
I am a daily passenger who commute from Hosur to Bangalore and back for work. There are couple of trains which I avail, one a passenger train which plies between Dharmapuri and Bangalore (DS1) which reaches Hosur at 6:35 AM, and arrive at Bangalore Cantonment around 8:30 AM.
