One Idiotic fellow posted a wrong massage about Spark Solution (at 99/72, Raghavan Street, Perambur, Chennai - 11). I am also the one of the client in the Spark Solution Company I saw the posted add in Google one idiotic fellow leave comments about Spark Solution. I am also taken project from that company but they are very genuine in there work. I was worked in one private company i like to do any part time job from home itself. So i desired to take any home based project. On that time I saw a news in paper about Spark Solution home based project so I send there got the details about that company they said want to invest Rs. 5, 000/-. After I have agreed to there terms and condition and got the project from the Spark Solution Company running by the persons Mr. Devan and Mr. Vinoth. They are trained me well. After I have trained well they give me the files. Now I am earning by the Spark Solution Monthly Rs. 9094/- for per month. Now I am doing my sixth month production. Both are very genuine in there work. But one idiotic fellow posted one wrong information about that company.

Hi I am tommy from Chennai.Its really unbelivable that you didnt got cheated.I have bad experience with Spark Solution Perambur. I lost 10000 /- by that cheaters.

Any one should take action against that cheaters?

No No .You are wrong Mohan.This ragavan street Sprak solution dogs cheated even me .I lost 10000 /-.
They said connect 50 software should only work in original Visual basic and Original Sql.
When I installed that software my system got crashed.I think This mohan dont have company.He s alos one of his group member.
If you not then provider your company register number & your bank checque number for the amount you received from that .
Devan passed only sslc.Vinoth I dnt know.

So people beware of these cheaters

No guys I am Pandian my friend also doing project with them but I saw this comment and said to my friend don’t do the project with them but he tell I am doing project for six month with them but they giving me the payment correctly. I got too many mistakes but they not seeing the mistakes and all they only saying don’t do delay submission and incomplete submission if incase happen the project get cancelled. They are genuine if any mistakes in your side only your project gets cancelled. So don’t give any bad comments on him.

Spark Solution — Electronics Complaint

We bought a LG refrigerator few years ago. The door of the refrigerator fell off and that too on my feet. We contacted the LG service manager. He informed us that the door in not readily available, it will take about a month to replace it. In the meanwhile he advised us to purchase a new LG refrigerator because it was not possible for us to do without a refrigerator. Our need is a refigerator with a capacity of atleast 500 ml. which costs a large sum of money about Rs. 50,000. So on advise of the manager we bought a new LG refrigerator. After sometime we again contacted the the Manager he said that we will have to wait. He behaved very rudely. We kept contacting him several times and everytime his behaviour worsened. Then we sent a written complaint through our driver, he refused to accept it and misbehaved with our driver.

Then we sent several emails to LG Headoffice. But they kept replying that they will look into the matter. All the emails sent to them are there with me. Now it is almost a year and nothing has been done. We have spent a large sum of money. If they had told us in the beginning we would not have bought an LG refrigerator from such a non professional company.

Please advise what can we do. We can forward all the emails sent by us and the replies they have sent.

I made call to Ballard Office to make a complaint regarding servise(Threatening from servise provider) on nos[protected] & 22714000.
Call has been transfered to DGM Mr Oza he was not in a mood to listen & started shouting.
When I asked his name reply I got is ZAKMARO.
Once again I called then I got a no of Mr. Jain GM.
[protected] on which no body was attending the call.
BHARAT GAS COMPULSIONS
This is a complaint against one of Bharat Gas agency or maybe the company itself. I am one BIG ANGRY AND DISSATISFIED customer of Bharat Gas.

I wanted a new connection for my home and I visited SURYA GAS AGENCY in Ulhasnagar - 1, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra

There I was asked for Rs. 3700.00 for new connection which included a burner. I asked them to allot me only cylinder as I have one good quality sealed packed BRANDED PRESTIGE model burner with BILL and WARRANTY that I am willing to show. It was purchased from reputed store with ALL ORIGINAL tags and stamps.

I was refused to get it. THEY MADE IT COMPULSORY to get the burner while it was clearly written on the board there that customer is at a liberty to choose whether he needs a burner from us or not. After much bias, they said if I want to get the cylinder only then one of your representative will visit my home and check the burner and specifications. I agreed. At the same time the madam sitting there said, but we will surely refuse your merchandise because agency owner don't want to issue anyone a cylinder without burner.

Despite being frustrated, I agreed to spend extra money and get burner.

Now another issue, I was forced to take 2 packs of tea and 2 kg of rice with it and a cylinder trolley too.

NOW WHAT IS THIS?

I can't afford to have Rs.69/- per kg rice and that too 2 kg.

This added Rs. 375.00 to my account with connection. Details:

2 x 250gm Tea = Rs. 112.00
2 x 1kg rice = Rs. 138.00
1 x Trolley = Rs. 125.00

Now this has made me sick. I needed cylinder connection worth Rs. 1250.00 and had to pay Rs. 4000 in total for the things I DON'T NEED.

Now this is a request to you to look into it and act.
There was a lady sitting on managers chair.

Even their internet site's feedback form is not working.

I am sukumar and I have asked the Department to adjust my deposit amount and I am ready to pay the balance of my telephone no 26573268 more than a months ago and they have accepted.But till date they have not send any correspondence for adjustment of my old telephone no 26573268.Now I got a new connection and paying the balance regularly.They are now warning that they will cut the new telephone line for the fault of them.Please see the matter and attend the same.I was deeply worried about this.

The Broadband connectivity remains extremely poor & the connection comes & goes out at will. We have made several complaints in last 6 months but the situation has not at all improved.

I hope they would take some action after this complaint.

I was changed wrongly in month of April 2008 for which I am keep on making mails to their "Pubilc Grievances Cell" (they do not call it "customer grievance cell" as they don't like to treat customers in the right prospective)

I am sending mails after mails to them, and got few assurance like please await matter is under investigation, etc.

As of now there is no proper solution to my complaint and top of it they do not share the email IDs of telecomm top brasses to us. It is well evident why public secor lossing to private companies.

I booked gas for home delivery on[protected]. But till today 1-3-2010 not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered.

I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

Poor Service and Demanding pay for the disconnected postpaid account
Although I had paid the full amount and wrote an application to disconnect my Reliance post paid mobile phone, some other plan had been set in the mobile phone. I had wrote in the application that I am relocating to another city and I don' t need the connection.I had not used the phone and kept it switched off but still I got some emails to pay for the connection. I called the customer care and asked about it. The reply was that they have set the plan and tried to convince me that this is a good plan only for a few customers. I told them about the problem that I am in roaming with this plan and I cannot use it they still tried to convince me to give some fees for circle change. I told them to disconnect but still they have not disconnected and demanding pay for the plan set from their side. I want some action to be taken in this case.
PAYMENT DEBITED TWICE FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT NO REFUND
