[Resolved]  Spectramind Marketing — scrap scheme

i had purchased whirlpool fridge with which i got the application to apply for getting the air ticket.i had sent the application with the bank draft of Rs 798.
till know we had not been intimated of the further proceeding.

It is really rediculous to notice that i have Purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator with which I have got a Scheme of free air travel -02 Tickets . I have given a DD of Rs 798/- of SBBJ Bank (Putholi) payable at New Delhi & sent to you on 20.05.2008. But the same has not reached us yet.
May please clarify as (previous) complaint of Mr R.S. Gora is also about the same issue.
Please clarify at the earliest.

I recently got a scratch card from "MORE RETAIL" on purchasing goods worth 1400 rs. After scratching the card I won flight ticket voucher. Now as per the terms & conditions, I have to pay 2500 rs to Spectramind Marketing Pvt Ltd for taxes & other surcharges before I get the free voucher. By looking at the complaints above I am a bit confused whether this scheme is legitimate or another scam ?
Pls. clarify .

I have recently purchased goods of amount Rs 1450/- from "MORE" and i got a scratch card and it says i have won a 'free air ticket voucher', terms and conditions says me to pay an amount of Rs 2475/- as handling and packing charges. I would like to know from spectramind marketing, that does packing, handling and courier of a air ticket needs an amount of Rs 2475/-
This scheme is totally a fraud and looting from customers.Instead of paying Rs 2475/- to spectramind to get a ticket, I my self can buy a ticket for the same amount, why do i need to pay to spectramind.
I would like to get explanation from the director.

I completely agree with you all. this scheme is bogus. It is made to fool the consumers. i have three scratch card. Two of them i had got earlier from big bazaar and 1 from MORE recently. Inspite of charging hefty amount Rs 2475 for flight, there are various terms and conditions which cant be fulfilled. Thus the scheme is to loot the innocent consumer. for example even if i send Rs 2475 DD, they have asked for three different destination with three different dates(min 7 days gap). They are just misusing and bluffing the customers. Who will risk this amount when he his himself not confirmed by the scheme where he will go and which date he will go. stay away from these cheaters

We totally disagree with the complaints posted here. Customers over read the terms and conditions of the offers due to their own negligence and then start the blame game to pin point the companies from whom they can really get wonderfull offers. In todays scenario they should know that no company can afford to misguide the customer. Customer is the king but that does not mean the customer can be a dictator. The king also has to follow certain terms. Which todays customer does not feels like doing and then they blame the companies. And moreover because of some misadventure of theirs with some wrong companies they make an image of all the companies to be fraud. Please do read the offers carefully they are definitely for your benefits only.

This is for the reply of all the complaints posted above

Mr. Gora has been sent back his DD way back through Blue dart courier because his form was not according to the terms and conditions of the offer. The docket no. for the same is [protected]. Anyone can check that from the website of blue dart. Similarly the form of Mr. Aurobindo was also not filled according to the terms and his DD has also been sent back through Blue Dart and the docket no. for the same is [protected].

All the other complaints are for the charges against taxes and surcharge of Rs. 2475/-. This is just to bring to the kind notice of all the customers involved that the actual charges for the taxes and surcharges levied by the airlines from anywhere to anywhere in India is minimum Rs. 3275/- and maximum Rs. 3475/- as of today. The scheme is giving all the customers a benefit in the surcharge amount as well as in the basic fare amount which again varies from airline to airline and also for distances. Depending on your previous experiences with some frivolous companies please do not make a negative image of all the companies that you deal with. There are a whole lot of customers that get services from Spectramind Marketing on a day to day basis without any grievances.

spectramind - more scheme — more scheme

The scheme is total fraud. It is so confusing they are saying in terms and conditions that ticket will be issued to person on whose name bill is made but i am unable to find any space on bill where name of buyer can be mentioned. company has taken us all for a ride happy FLYING.
above it they are not sure how much taxes they are asking for in tickets at one place it is 2500/- and at other place it is 2475/-.

Hi I have got a scratch card voucher for a Holiday Trip from MORE. Now I have to sent a DD/- for form submission. How can I be sure if I will get the mentioned services from Spectramind. I would like to know exactly if the Staying payments is done by the company..or will I have to pay for anything extra-like tax..

This is like asking i want to swim so should i go into the water or not. Send the form with the dd. The form should be filled with the terms mentioned and definitely u will get the services

i think Mr ANOOP has been recruited in spectramind recently. So he doesnt have good knowledge about the company. first of all how could you say that Spectramind has nothing to do with Big Bazaar Scheme. First you tie-up with big companies send free vouchers and later on say Spectramind has nothing to do with big BAZAAR. i am not a coward out here to make my own stories. Please go to you manager and ask that FOOL regarding big bazaar scheme(it was given in the year 2007).

Do you know the meaning of baseless and useless.Please tell me the percentage of your offers that has been accepted by the consumers. The truth is its not even 5% customers ACCEPT your BOGUS offer. More the 90% customers either throw your offer in DUSTBIN or dont use it. You say customers over read the terms and conditions! Why wont they over read T&C, because you cheats are the first people to reject the FORM if T&C is not followed.dont speak about "blame game". the customers wont blame any company unless there is deficiency in services of the opposite company. you are not misguiding the customers but making such offers which wont be accepted by the customers in almost main cases.

1.you want 3 different DESTINATIONS
2. you want 3 differnt dates with gap of 7 days.
3.the offer cannot be availed in season time.
4. the form must be send before 30 days.

you expect the customer is in INDIA tour through out the year.

Spectramind has nothing to do with the Big Bazaar Scheme. Please do not compare your earlier bad experiences with other companies with that to Spectramind Marketing. As is clear from all the above responses that have been sent from Spectramind that the complaints are all useless and baseless. As for you first do send the forms with the conditions that are also not at all not-understandable as alleged by you. Send the form with the terms and get the ticket is the simple and straight message that we have for you.

Hi - I too have had an issue with SPECTRAMIND - A MORE COUPON COURIERED to HIM ALMOST 30 days ago has yet not been responded by them as to which holidays that have been allocated

Anoop / Naveen Arora - is there any process that you have to validate our requests and claims - as it seems an endless issue calling Delhi and being put on hold - I have also initated a consumer complaint against MORE for having tied with a fullfillment company that cannot deliver in time and has such bad reviews

I have sent the coupen for air ticket voucher in November alongwith DD. on enquiry your customer care peopleit informed that the ticket is not available on the pretext that the date is invalid. on this context I request you to issue the ticket for cochin mumbai after 45 days of submission of my form.

Hi, This is a fraud company which Has duped many gullible customers on pretext of free gifts in from of free Holidays, airtickects, free gifts etc.which a customer feels excited about but with these scrupolous players, a bonafide customer looses faith on genuine schemes as well on the company like Whirpool etc.running it.
I think companies should bar Spectramind marketing from their offices and refrain from dealing with Anup Kamboj and Naveen Arora.
Infact this Naveen Arora as per some sources is involved in a multilevel marketing fraud which happened in Gurgaon some years back

Navin C Arora was involved in multilevel fraud.His company name was SYNERGY DAWNING MARKETING PVT. LTD. located in Gurgaon.He stays in Faridabad and I had a tough time in getting my money back.
Now he has opened this comapny Spectramind and is fooling innocent people and companies.
I came to know this when I bought a Sansui TV and did not got my airflite ticket.
This is a total fraud comapny.
Infact comapnies should pay to these comapnies after they audit how many customers have got the gift promised by them.
Beware of these CASH BACK SCHEMES thru Spectramind and if they are involved then ..4get that u will ever get anything.

I PURCHASED GOODS WORTH OF RS 1768.00 AND GOT A SCRACH COUPON AS FREE GIFT VOUCHERS FROM YOUR MORE RETAILS. AFTER THAT I SENT THE SAME ON ADDRESS OF SPECTRAMIND MARKETING PVT LTD THROUGH DTDC COURIER ON 29.10.08 . BUT I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY GIFT VOUCHER AS ON DATE.

PLEASE ANSWER ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WITH THIS COUPON.

I purchesed some grociers worth of Rs 1300 from M0RE witch is in BELGAUM KARANATAKA. I got a scratch card. I sent a dd 0f Rs 599 to the given address.after some days I called the co. about my dd and holidays packeage they told me they rejected my requestform beacause of scratchcard. they told me that they returned dd.yet I have reecive my dd. I called many times 2 co. But the ans is same ur complient has been sent 2 courrier dept. I am waiting from last one and half month.
please answer me about the problem.

I am glad to say that Spectramind services were EXCELLENT in my case. Not sure about the percenrage of cases like me though. I got a holiday vocuher by shopping at More Super market. As I din't opt for 3 destinations, my booking was rejected with clear reasons along with my DD and given another chance with extended time to book. Next time I have sent another letter as per their terms & conditions. Later I got a call from their department asking whether I am interested to exchange my holiday with any other gifts. I opted for rs 1250/- Gift vouchers from MORE. Promptly they have sent with-in 3-4 days after my conversation along with my DD of Rs 599/-. So I am wondering whether they had any thought of making fraud here as I got my DD back twice from them incurring courier/telephone costs.
