[Resolved]  Spectramind Marketing — dth sky tata free

I have purchased LG LCD TV from Vijay Sales S.V. Road Goregaon under the scheme, where Spectramind Marckting Noida is suppose to deliver free DTH Tata sky connection.
I have sent all required documents to them, my form number is 140435.
It's now more then one month passed but still waiting for my DTH.
Spectramind has 30 telephone lines but no one picks up the phone always you will hear the same tape “All our customers’ executives are busy”

I had purchased a Moserbaer LCD from Reliancedigital Retail Ltd, M.G.Road, Bangalore on 16th July 2009. I had completed all the formalities regarding my claim for a TATA SKY DTH Set Top Box and sent the same by speed post on 17th July 2009 to your address in Noida. On Monday 3rd August 2009 I spoke to Mr.Manish, a Customer Care Executive in your organisation and he informed me that my claim was not updated and I could get the information today. I have been calling your office and all I get is the recorded message informing me that all your 30 lines are busy and to call later. This repeated message has been coming for the last 1 hour. I would appreciate if I could be informed when I would get my TATA SKY DTH Set Top Box at the earliest.

i have purchased LG LCD tv from DASS kothrud Pune.
they have promise to deliver free dth (Tata Sky) connection
I have send dd Rs 99 with form.
But after one month no communication done. They even not open mail id.
Spectramind website is under construction.

Please contact me/send an email. I am going to file a case against them and LG. United we stand divide we fall.. So come up an dunite against those fraud people.

I purchased LG LCD Monitor TV. I have got an offer for Free DTH.
The claim no is 137945.
I have sent all the docs including a DD in favour of Spectramind and it has already been received as per courier delivery tracking.

I did not receive any Response for my mails.

What action can be taken against the Spectramind to prevent such a fraud company?

Both LG and spectramind are biggest frauds. Tell your relatives and friends never to buy LG products.
The company is involved with cheap promotions and not fulfilling the promises given by them. they know poor indian customer will not go for legal options and cashing their hard-earned money. Some one shoul file a petition in supreme court against such promotional offers.

i have purchased a LG monitor TV from digitech, civil lines kanpur and also send a 99 rs draft to spectramind marketing pvt. ltd. for DTH connection but after one month i m unable to contact any customer care executive.

Buy LG LCD TV monitor and Get Free DTH - A Cheating Promo by LG with Indian Customers

Dear Members,

I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)

I've sent all the documents with Rs.99/-of D.D on 14th sept.2009 through Dolphin couriers, Berhampur to LGF, D-160, SECTOR 26, NOIDA-201301.My LG IT CLAIM FORM No. is 326463. As per the courier service they have received the documents.after knowing that I sent e-mail but no reply from there.I think this is a fraud marketing company like some other money oriented cheat company.How can I get my AIRTEL DTH connection from SPECTRAMIND MARKETING PRIVATE LTD.
