Dear Sir I posted a letter through speed post vide no.EU[protected]IN to Barclay Cards, PO Box-11567, Mumbai. I sent very important documents on September 5th by speed post receipt no: ED[protected]IN dated 5-9-2009 from Karol Bagh post office New Delhi to Canadian High Commisiion in Chankyapuri New Delhi itself. It is a local desitnation and even by walking, one can reach in one hour.

Sadly as till date even AFTER 19 DAYS, it has NOT BEEN DELIVERED neither any response from the speed post office despit my cpmplaint submitted on[protected] in Karol Bagh post office.

Is any one listenning.
