[Resolved]  Spice Hotspot — Breach of Trust/Cheating/Fraud

Dear Colleagues,

I bought Samsung Metro 3530 phone from Spice Retails Ltd., Shop No.2 & 3, Jacompura, Gurgaon, Haryana on 25/12/2010 ( Inv No.:[protected].

While enquiring about set I specifically asked for 3G phone with good camera & I was recommended this phone by the staff. After purchasing the phone when I shared that with my friends I was shocked to realise that it is not a 3G phone & same was confirmed by Samsung customer care.

This is serious breach of trust & I request to take this phone back immediately.

Looking forward to action from Spice HotSpot.
