I am Soumarshi Roy one of the customers of renowned Spice Hotspot. But I am very much dissatisfied with your service because I brought a handset named Samsung Galaxy3 i5801 on 30th Oct 2010 (IMEI NO-352337040817686) from Spice hotspot City Center 1,Kolkata and there is low battery performance problem in this handset. The handset was giving me 10 hrs battery backup. So I went to the Samsung authorized service center named Karuna Services Management Pvt Ltd at 207, C R Aveunue,Maridian Plaza,kol(Ph no-03330308282) On 3rd Nov 10.They checked my handset for 5 days. On 8th Nov, 10 they told me there is problem with this handset you need to replace it and they sealed my handset with this they issued a DOA certificate and ask me to submit the handset to Spice hotspot city center branch. As per them I submit the handset that day(8th Nov) around 1pm.The customer care representative told me they don’t have any stock of galaxy3 that time and told me they’ll give the handset at evening. But after that they called me and said there is no stock at present so I have to wait 1 day. I do the same and the next day(9th Nov) I called them and from that day they told me they need to approve the DOA certificate. They send mail to your Delhi main office branch but you are not giving any approval. So right now my question is that what is my fault??????????????
I paid the price of the handset. So why do I suffer for the fault of Samsung company……
Is this the service of Spice hotspot???Till now they said you have to wait for the approval. I am very very disappointed with is customer service. I will never suggest any on my friend to buy any handset From Spice hotspot. Your service is pathetic. For last near about 10 days I don’t get the handset back which I already paid for that…
So right you my earnest request to you please check out the total matter and try to give me a good customer service. Apart from to I have nothing to say… please do something for me
