DUE TO MIKE PROBLEM I SUBMITTEDMY MOPBILE TO TELE CARE SPICE SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY CHANGE MY MOBILE MIKE IN 10 NTO 15 MINUTE. BUT THEY DAMAGED MY MOBILE AND GIVE ME THE TIME OF 7 DAYS. BUT AFTER 7 DAYS THE MOBILE WAS NOT REPARED. AND NOW THEY DIDNOT PICK THE PHONE. MY JOB SHEET NO IS 1802 ON DATED 19 MARCH. AFTER THEIR BEHAVIOUR NOW I CAN SAY THAT THEROHTAK SPICE CENTRE IS THE WROST AND MISBEHAVIOUR CENTRE IN THE WORLD. PLEASE DO SOMMETHING AGAINST MY COMPLAINTS.

i am to able to find spice service center in gurgaun that solve my problem..
i gone to one of service center but they refers my to delhi with not good responce..

we are purchase spice mobile hand set no. C-810. in january 2009. at nagpur battery was damaged on dated 16 may 2009.we are contact for new battery at your care center nagpur but battry is no avalable since last 15th days.

kindly give us proper responce immediatly.

C810 — Delay in servicing of mobile phone

Sir;
I had given my 12 months old Spice 810 Color mobile phone for service. Earphone symbol was appearing on display which was making unable to atten any call. the handset was getting swithced off automatically. I have given my handset to your authorised service centre i.e. Hot Spots Mobicare, Gandhinagar, Bangalore on 23.06.2009. I was told that, estimate will be given on the next day if it require major service. till now I have not received any call from your office. When I contacted Hotspot, they are not responsing properly and saying it will take another one more week. Do you think a person can manage without mobile for 2-3 weeks at the present market situation. Please let me know whether I have to forget my Spice Mobile and go for another new handset

I MYSELF MUKESH, GET PURCHASED A SPICE S-580 FROM RAHEJA TELECOMMUNICATION, BAPOLI (PANIPAT) APPROX SIX MONTH BACK. MY HANDFREE WIRE HAS BEEN DAMAGED & I HAVE GIVEN ON DATED 04.07.09 VIDE WORK ORDER NO.33 TO VIJAY TELECOM (AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE), BEHIND LEGEND COMPLEX, NEAR BUS STAND PANIPAT. MY HAND SET IMIE NO.[protected]. FROM THAT TIME I HAVE VISITED MANY TIME TO ABOVE SAID SERVICE CENTRE BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY RESPONSE.

I AM VERY FRAZZLE NOW.

Sala maine mobile liya hai tab se aaj tak use nahi kiya abhi bhi nokia kharida hai ab use use kar raha hu .battery fuul gayi.na uske servise center pata gurgaon main kha hai.Koi bata sakta hai to pls mail me at [protected]@gmail.com

maine 22/08/09 ko spise -5420 liya tha . usme blutooth se mamory card me save nahi hota . mai sarvice center par isko le gaya lekin waha koi good responce nahi mila . mobile spekar bhi sahi km nahi kar raha hai . mai yah manta hu ki mujhe defactive set mila hai . iski rever cover toot gaya mai logo ko yah advise dena chahta hu ki chines mobile le lena par spice mat lena.

Spice S-920n mobile — Delay in Service/Misbehaviour with customers at service center

Complaint against Hotspot Spice Service Centre, Ghaziabad ([protected])

I submitted my spice mobile to Hotspot Spice Service Centre, gzb, on 10th August 09
Mobile was having small Keypad problem.
They told that they recquire 1 week time for getting it repaired.
Without informing me they send my set to noida service centre.
After that they keep on postponding the date of receiving.
Today(13-Oct) after more than a month, I didnt got my set back.
I have visited centre more than 7 times and was ready to receive set even if it was unrepaired.
Pawan at HOTSPOT Spice service centre Gzb behaved very rudely with us.
It's my humble request to you to take strict action against the service centre and the man particularly in getting my set back.

spice/Mobile Phone — Non receiving of handset from service center since two month

I purchesed Spice mobile D88 Gold from moblie store, Indore on 19 jun 2009 . 7 months after purchasing mobile stop working. I submmit same handset to authorized service centre of spice mobile ie M/s Excel Compu Zone LG10 Akashdeep complex, Sapna sangeeta road ,Indore(M.P.) Ph[protected]. on date 05-01-10 my work order is SMP[protected] and IMEI no of my handset [protected].
Till date[protected] mobile was not return and they are not telling the status of mobile. please consider my request and take appropiate action against them.
