sir,
My name is Preetam rahut and i have a account with your organisation for the last 4 years in belaghata branch kolkata westbengal but never happen like the day 12/8/09 when i tried to withdraw some money from my account through ATM in Baroda and in there i came to know that 2000 rupees have been taken debited from my account on 11/8/09 without my information. while on 11/8/09 i tried to withdraw money but i would able to get it becuase on that day evening baroda is facin through linkage problem in a ll the SBi atm so for that i tried to withdraw the amount of rs. 2000 from different bank atm but i cnt able to get it.. so please let me known how it happen and when you people will credited my money in my account

I am working a Hr.Sec.School in Tuthoothukudi Dis. My a/c no is 30287502249 in your Udankudi branch. I have ATM facilities.Generaly I draw my salary and all other monetry benifities through my residiential area IOB ATM of Satankulam Branch. During the Bank strike period I draw my P.F.adv.through IOB ATM at 10.08.09 time of 8.00 pm. Rs15000/ but not receive any money only receive on the report statement noted High amout...But my a/c balance is debited the said amount...Therefore I lost 15000/Rs... I complained this matter to Udakudi branch Manger But not any reply to me..Ple. credit the amount immediately... IOB ATM D9592

I went to withdraw Rs.10, 000/- by using PNB ATM Card in SBI ATM Mananchira Branch, Calicut on 03rd November 2009 at 05.10 PM. After fulfil all the entries for withdraw the amount of Rs.10, 000/- I got only transaction slip saying "sorry unable to process". When I checked the balance, I found that Rs.10000/- has been debited from my account. It is requested to credit Rs.10, 000/- in my account number

Dear sir,
I, Raghvendra Narayan Singh, Saving A/c No 011002626161, costomer of State Bank Of India, Sitamarhi bazar branch, Sitamarhi, Bihar. I tried twice to withdraw Rs. 3500/= (Three thousand five hundred) only from the ATM of Punjab National Bank, New Market, Frazer Road, Patna, Bihar.on 8th August 2009 around 6 o clock evening, I could not get the rupees, but when I cheked my account balance next morning my account was debited by the same amount.
I submitted the written application on 17th August 2009, then after when my account was not credited till 31st August 2009 I submitted a reminder application on the same day.But till date my account has not been credited by the sum.
Sir, as presently I don't reside in Sitamarhi it is very much difficuilt for me to visit the branch frequintly and ask for this.So, please look in to the matter and do the needful.

I have made a withdrawal from Andhra Bank RK Complex Tanuku on 01.01.2010. 1st transaction in Record No 5189 was declained and withdrawan an amount of Rs 2000/- vide record No. 5191. But i found in the statement that the amount vide record no 5189 was debited Rs 2000/-. Hence i request to inquire the matter and credit the the amount of Rs 2000/- which was not withdrawn, but debited from my account on 01.01.2010at 12.25Pm and ATM Id NC512601.

I MUDE JAYARAM NAIK having an a/c in the SBI PATTIKONDA, ANDHRA PRADESH. MY a/c no 30335343003. when i tried to withdraw Rs. 8100/- from my a/c 30335343003 on 1st JANUARY 2010 around 05.00pm from the ANDHRA BANK ATM at Allagadda, Kurnool (Dist.), ANDRHRA PRADESH at the time i received a massage of a slip sorry unable to process.
so that i could not recievd any money .
but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.
sir i have already given the complain to the ANDHRA BANK ATM at Allagadda, Kurnool (Dist.), ANDRHRA PRADESH and also SBI PATTIKONDA, ANDHRA PRADESH. but till now no any reply come not the money .

when i tried to withdraw rs 5000 from my a/c 30306343926 on 2nd fab 2010, 10:30 pm from the sbi atm balco sector 5 .in this time no txt but deduct money.
but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.
sir i have already given the complain to the sbi branch base.
so iam requesting you to take necessary action

Respected Sir,
My account is with Paontasahib main branch. My account no is 30263524840. I made ATM transcation on 12th DEC.2009 in State bank ATM at Paontasahib branch. At this branch there are 2 ATM machines in a room. I started my transcation in 1st machine, I inserted the ATM card & entered my Pin no.but there was no response from ATM, I press Cancle key & Clear Key to cancel my transcation, but I found the keys ware blocked & not working, then I proceed my transaction in another machine & withdraw Rs.200.On date 16th DEC.2009 when I checked My balance by Ministatement then I found there are Rs.20000 deducted my account, I forwarded my written complaint to concenered branch, they checked there record & found that someone was removed 20000 from my account, I forwarded the Complaint to Paontasahib Policestation for enquiry. Till time I don't get any response from Bank & Police Station. It is totally negligency of branch manager as the machine was under maintance from last few days, but no any status found on machine related under maintance & also the clear & cancel Keys are blocked with some glue.
I requested you to look into this matter & take corrective action & help me for return my money.

today around 12:03 pm i tried to withdraw 40k and i got a slip printed " sorry unable to process" but 40k from the account has been deducted ... and slip i got has no response code printed but transaction is code is 1844. and i have esquire from bank that the same transaction(1844) code has deducted 40k from my account..so pls help me in getting back my money..

Respected Sir,
I undersigned hereby state that Rs 10, 000/- amount was erroneously debited to my account, although I have not received any cash from IDBI bank’s ATM machine on date 01/10/10 at time 17:34 hrs.
The event happened as detailed below.
- As SBI ATM machine located at Kadbi Chouk and HP petrol pump, Dus Number Pulia was not in working and showed OUT OF ORDER board, I went to IDBI bank’s ATM for withdrawing money on date 01/10/10 at time 17:34 hrs.
- As soon I entered the Amount Rs 10, 000/- to withdraw from IDBI ATM machine, it displayed that “UNABLE TO PROCESS - INSUFFICIENT AMOUNT BALANCE IN THE ACCOUNT.” And transaction ended without printing any slip.
Transaction number may be 784.
- To get confirm the above shown massage, next minute, I made request for balance inquiry in my saving account. This transaction number 785 showed the balance of Rs. 20, 217/-, which should have been Rs 30, 217/-
- Then I withdraw Rs 5000/- vide transaction No 786, this time the avail balance in my account showed Rs 3892/- which was again incorrect.

- To confirm the actual balance in my account, I verified it by getting a Mini statement slip from SBI bank’s ATM located at Kadbi chowk. In this transaction no 7756 slip showed that Rs 10, 000/- has been debited to my account although I have not received any cash due to cash was not delivered from the ATM machine.
- Hastily I rushed to the State Bank of India Panchpaoli Branch, and described the unfortunate event I faced while making transaction in ATM machine, to the Public Relation Manager. He replied that, today there is a problem of server’s connectivity.
Dear Sir, I am one of the satisfied customers of your bank services of SBI, also availing ECS payment service. And hope for your kind attention and help in the matter.
I request you to please arrange for REFUND of amount of Rs 10, 000/- (ten thousand) which was wrongly debited from my account.

I am having SB a/c No.30386706727 ATM card No.6220180306100089193 in State Bank of India, R.S.Puram Branch, coimbatore. I have used my ATM card at State Bank of Hyderabad Atm centre at P.N.Pudur Branch, coimbatore on 16.10.2010 to withdraw Rs.5000/- TWO TIMES. But due to sum reason ATM machine has not delivered cash to me, But in my account Rs.5000/- has been debited TWO TIMES. But given reverse credit only ONE TIME. I have given written complaint on 18.10.2010 to my branch. I did not get the money Rs.5000/- credited in my account till date. Please do the need full at your earliest.
