EVERY TIME THEY ARE TELLING THE COMPLAINT NO. iN TRICHY SUN DISH TV REPRESENTATIVE GAVE THE MOBILE NO [protected]. MORE THAN ONE MONTH CHANNELS ARE NOT COMING. BUT THEY HAVE TAKEN THE SUBSCRIPTION. Yes. My case is also same. I m also following the super duper company for past 3 months till now no response. they have service technicians who has reported to the company saying that he couldn't locate the address and did not take any effort to close the report. a shaddy service by sun network.

Dear Friend, you are lucky enough! Right from the beginning you are not getting yr setup box tuned. But in my case, it is the same but I solved problem using local technician paying rs.200 and working well. But whenever there is cell phone in front, the screen gets distrubed! I had complained via mail a month back. Day before yesterday I got a call from Sundish asking for any problem. I had explained, To day what happened you know, the channels disappeared! Sundish taught me a lesson -"be happy with existing. Don't ask for more1"
