Tata Docomo — Balance Related

Sir,
Since one months daily Rs. 1 is being deducted from my mobile account balance. And without my permission and notifications any services are being activated.
I would request you to please deactivate my balance deduction services and please refund my balance.

DEAR SIR/MADAM, DATED:23.03.2011
COMPANY HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED A LOT OF BALANCE FROM MY MOBILE ([protected]) WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE FOR THE PAST 1-2 WEEK FOR THE SERVICES LIKE DUK SERVICES AND GUD MORNING GUD NIGHT SERVICES. . I TRIYED TO DEACTIVATE THESE SERVICE MANY TIMES BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE.. I REQUESTED U TO PLEASE DEACTIVATE THESE SERVICES FROM MY NO. AND REFUND MY BALANCE.

I am been charged Rs. 3 on a daily basis from 10-5-11 for something named as MVC, i.e, in the morning, 6:28 am.
I have asked about MVC, to the customer care for many times, but of no use.
Some are telling it is a sms pack, some are telling its link message activation charges, in short, everyone are giving me different information, Different executive-Different Information.
I have activated DND, so I should not get any link messages, if I am getting it, and some plans are activated, then its not my fault, but its ur fault, right?
Some has suggested me to follow the process, “Diving- My A/c-Off”, but when I followed such process. Got the message displayed as “Yo have not subscribed for any of the product”.
One has guided me to th TATA DOCOMO Gallery, but hadn’t given me the proper address.
So now , I want my deducted charges, amounted to Rs.9, as I have contact the customer care, on the very first day, and they assure me whatever is the plan , it has been deactivated, and I wont be charged again, but I am been charged.
So please deactivate that MVC, and provide me the assurance that I wont be charged again for any of the wrong thing,,,,,
If I will be charged again, I will immediately port out the services……
company always start the service without taking the permission of customer and deduct the customers balance and customercare tells wrong information to customer and always they are angry .......service like tata i channels. they activated by own !

Last one year I am using this service in this period so many time they(tata docomo network) activating any one of the plane in my mobile and deducted the amound from our balance, then after Iam contacting the customer care officer they tell that any one of the plane is activated in our mobile and after they deactivate that service. Now what is happening that , they activating any one of the plane and try to contact to the customer care that time nobody will attent our calls also. So please help me , now they are activating one of the plane and deducted daily Rs.5 from my balance. What will I do ?

i also recived a txt sayng that you hav subscrd musstbuy and ur 30 rs hav been detucted from your balnc. Sir in the 1st place i didnt actived the service n secndly i dnt know what is musstbuy service also and sir as soon as i got the txt i rang the costumet care saying i recived the txt like this so would u kindly do justice to me ...sir that costumer care spoke rudely to me after that. sir is that kind of professinl traing they teach in docomo sir ... my goodwill to the compney is lost sir

hi ,,im very disapponinted to tata docomo mobile service.
because every week balance realed problems and unwanted disturbance calling ..yesterday gone Rs 36 my mobile balance.
im contact network complaint number 198 but whoes doesn't care about my side,
already i sent network change request but im not getting any responding message .

My amount 41.32Rs/ is auto deducted...

docomo people deducted my balance with 49+99+60+4.7=222 RS on 7feb and 8 feb
and now they said they will not refund my money
and i rchrgd my mob on 6 feb with 250 rupees for internet and
still they charged 60 rupees for internet and my pack still not activated, and they deduct 49 and 99 rupees for vas services without notify me

DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE WALE BHI KOI RESPOSE NAHI DETE NAA KOI RESOLUTION DETE HAI
On Feb 9 I received a sms from Company that
Recharge with Rs.53/- & get full talktime &
make call 1/2p/sec for 90 days.. I recharged on
the same date but I dont get the balance till
now.. Plz refund the balance.
