Tata docomo's dive in service is worthless and ridiculous. I have lost 100rs in just two days. When i called to customer care they said that you have visited divein. I had not click or visit any such link knowingly, when i checkedout my phone settings i found that my home page was tatadocomo.divein by default although my acces point was tatadocomo.internet. It's atrocious that you are charged such a huge amount just for clicking...

unnecessary deduction of balance and talking in a rude manner to customer

My Fathers number is [protected]. His name is C.P Mishra, After listening to automated voice service for full talk time offer i recharged for 35 RS on 19 Dec 2012. But i got only 28.15 Rs as talk time. When i Called customer care twice but guy spoke so rudely that no such offer is there and kept the phone and refused to give me any compliant number.

Do you people think your customers are fool and you can cheat them...

Deduction in balance by unwanted services automatically

TATA DOCOMO is charging for unwanted packs on the mobile. Docomo has charged me many times for the services that i never requested to subscribe or buy.
On 19-Dec-2012 they activated playboy video pack without my request and deducted 50 rupees for the same..i got the deduction msg from TA-HUWWAP.....

At a same time,They deducted another 49 rupees for any unknown service which was not even informed by message...

Failed recharge Refund

I had done an online recharge worth rs 200 on 9/12/2012 and paid using my credit card, but for some reason I did not get any balance. Later I got a message stating that my recharge amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Today its 19/12/2012 and till now the money hasnt been refunded. I have also registered 2 complaints with docomo customer service, but both times I got the same answer, that it will be refunded in 5-7 days.

Please stop sending this unwanted Flash SMS. When i am typing an sms or chatting from my mobile the yes button automatically gets pressed when ever a flash sms comes on screen. I have recently charged for that. My number is [protected].

Hi,

I am using a prepaid account of TATA Docomo service provide, on 12 Dec. they have deduct a amount of 30 rupees, which till now they not return me, after this deduction i have submit a complaint on thier portal, but theny not take any action, and only send me a message that for you query we need some more 48 hr.
this kind of deduction happen with 3 times in previous 2 month, 2 times when i was call on their customer...

SIM not working in Europe

For some official work I am in Europe ad my SIM is not working here but other networks (non docomo)are working.

I am unable to do my banking transactions due to this, If other networks are working then this is pathetic that docomo is not working.

As I am europe for next few month I can not contact docmo service center and I will be in problem...

Temporary network problem

My home is 10km away from the city.in city ther is tatadocomo network while i m in home ther i need to select aircel network manualy. From last weak i suffering from internet packet data connection while connecting temparary network problem occurs n didnt gets packet data connection.
