[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Problem With sim Card | |
Sir.., I Buy a tata Docomo Sim since when it started in the HYD., but after 5 are over then it started problem, my cell(instrument (Nokia) stuck., and appears a message like this " updating sim' or Stuck off or Swicth off or no signal., I can't get the right information in the right time through Custmer care., 4 days back i meet DIVE IN show room near Nagarjuna Circle., They told you must change the sim instead of old with same number, and charges 75/- for sim change, I dont want to pay.. Why because It is not my problem, May be (Manfacture problem or opertor problem) or system error. Why should I pay please concerned my request and replaced new sim without charges thanking you sir..! My Docomo SIM is continuously having Network issues like calls not going through and phone needing constant restart with the following models
1. Nokia 6300
2. Samsung X210
3. Sony Ericsson W810i
However, the SIM works correctly with Samsung Star S5233.
Is there any solution to this issue.
