froton — billing problem
Respected SirMy name is sourindra nath phukan. I have a froton device number is[protected]. Last month I mean 24th april`2012 already I pay my bill an amount of Rs 1189.00 through net banking. But from that day my froton is not working at all and from your side the connectiion is closed. Already I sent two message to you agianst complain number is 492873 and 492815. Still date my froton is not working. I am very surprised why you are doing like that after payment and what I will do and where I will go for my problem. How can I pay my next bill. I am very surprised no respond from your side till date. I am waiting for your reply and retifying my problem.

We are suffering from Internet Access Point Related problem from 5days inside of room. We are already registered a complaint with Ref. No.: PNR[protected] but the problem still alive. This problem appears only inside of room. I know that there are no value of time in our country India.
You are highly recomonded to solve this problem as soon as possible. Otherwise we've to make a complaint against your company with the help of Ref. No.: [protected] to the TRAI.

i have close the my tata proton connection before 5 month but your comapny every month send bill. i pay last bill is amount 831/-rs. and this payment give it to your exicutive. and he told me you dont use this conection 5 days. your connection disconnected after 5 days. and i have chacked after five days all redy your remonte server is not responded.so i have not use your tata proton connection last 5 month. and your company sended to me ligal notice. my tata docomo connection no. is [protected]. i have evry month call custumer care center but not respons..so i can not pay any amount ...ok... i ten time call in custumer care center disconected my service and i have all redy pay my last bill.

Tata Docomo — Company give no access to internet
Hello sir ,I have activated gprs pack of docomo of and unable to connect through internet .I call customer service more than 10 times but they can'y reslove issues .so i am posting it here .
