Unjustified Bill

Incorrect Plan activation

Hi,
I am POST paid customer of TATA DOCOMO.
I was using 2G Plans from DOCOMO. 6GB/99 Rs per month plan. In January 2013 first week i informed the customer care that i want to use 3G plan “also along with existing 2G Plan”. During the call to customer care (121), i informed Tata DoCoMo representative many times to continue my old plan. (2G plan) and also activate new 3G plan (1GB/200Rs) per month.

OverCharging Call rate according to plan

I buy new Tata Docomo SIM mobile number [protected] few days before, in this I got plan of 1.2 paise per 2 seconds for STD & Loc for 90 days
I got this facility 4 days only & Now they charging for each call diffrent call rate
for 84 seconds they charged 1.68 rupees but It's real charged is 0.42 paise only.
for 93 seconds they charged 1.01 rupees rupees but It's real...

unwanted deduction on 13th feb 2013 at 5 pm

POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

Tata Docomo is the worst customer care service providers. when ever i call customer care they always tell me that all the executives are busy in other calls and cut my call. I am continuously trying to cal them from morning till evening but the response is same.. if they are really busy with other customers then when will they attend my call... every time they do this.. I have never come across such a worse service.....

Marketing calls even after full DND

Unauthorized 120 Rs. balance deducted

I made recharge of 1 Gb(2G)data pack of internet having 1 month validity on 15 Jan.2013 and when I was using internet on 11 Feb. 2013 , and at that time I had 40 MB of data remaining on my sim, but Docomo has deducted a sum of 120 Rupees from my sim.
On asking to refund the said amount through mail as well as customer care they are saying that you had no data pack on your sim.
While I even have the proof of data pack available...

Worst Services of customer care

It has been quite a while that I have been using Tata Docomo sim on my GSM mobile and the customer care response sucks to the core.
You call them up and it keeps singing the docomo song till your head actually bursts up and i doubt will there at least be any person on the other end to actually handle calls.You call up again and suddenly "all customer care representatives are busy on other calls"!!! They send in some useless...

billing cheating
