[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Non receipt of refund

Dear Sir,

We have taken the tata wireline 899 unlimited plan dates 18.6.2013 vide CAF No.[protected] through tata resentative Mr. Krishna Panchal [protected] and Santosh Pandey -[protected]
Gujarat Bahan, Nr. Sanyas Ashram, Town hall, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - Ph.[protected]

We have given deposit cheque 850/- paid on 18.6.2013 vide chq no. 202240 in favour of TTSL of CITI Bank and which cleared in their IDBI Bank.

Company has not fitted any landline till 10 days, we have taken regular follow ups through representative but all are irresponsible person, even they dont pick the mobile, lastly we told to refund our deposit as they fail to give the connection. It is very regretting till date we have not received any refund from tata, no body is interested to take the call and give proper reply.

Lastly we have taken this step as allmost 4 months are over and body is their to serve the customer.

Pl expedite the matter and revert soon.

We have not received any call from your side, secondly we have given the mobile no of santosh pandey - [protected] - he know the case study very clearly. We have pasted the conversatin mails in below, pl arrange the refund on earliest. your senior executive even dont take efforts to pick the call. we are really feedup with this kind of services that tata company do with the customers. we request you to pl resolve the issue soon.

We are very disappointed due to no response from tata docomo team, they are least concern to resolve the customer complaint, we think in 850/- company will not pay our refund which was fraudly taken by satosh pandey and krishna a tata employee, also not picking the phone.

More then 5 months are over but there is no responce from tata team, their representative is not picking the phone and company is not interested to refund the amt taken from the customer.

It is very assamed that TATA such well reputted group cheats the customer and giving false statement, we are really now feedup to take any followup from thecompany and last i think it can say that iit is donated to the co.
