[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Portability

I have tata docomo sim and I want to port my number as there is no range where I am working right now. From last 3 months I am sending msg for poratbility and whenever I received a call from them they are offering me various services but I don't want all those services as the problem is about range and I told them this clearly. After that they talk so rudely and don't even ready to give portability and simply they cut the call. I feel like I am the customer care executive to talk them in a good way and they are literally scolding at me like customer. Is this the way to talk to customer and why are they not giving portability? What should I do? I dont want to change my number and do not want TATA Docomo Service anymore.

Tata Docomo — about Portability

I have taken another company sim at the same number for the portabilty on[protected] & i have recived a sms from your self from the no. 1900 on[protected] at 06:29 pm. But this sim is not cancelled till now. Kindly check the information and do this sim cancel. So i can take enjoy for other company IDEA.

i have stayed with docomo for more than 3 months.
now i am wexed with its network coverage. so i want to change to vodafone.
i cant get clearance from docomo.
even i have complained to the customer care i dont get any clearance call.
please get me a clearence to change to vodafone.
I had given my reliance number for porting into docomo
I registered my request for porting into docomo on 4th April but my request was sent to MNP

authorities on 12th April, so I have a complaint against Tata Docomo store( shivranjani

cross roads ) people that they forgot to forward my documents to the company in between 4th

to 12th & when I went to store on 12th than they did it, so becoz of the docomo store

people my portability process is delayed & today is 14th day & still portability has not

been done, I cannot do anything against docomo people but if you can do than it would be

grateful as store people are lying that system was down & various other lame excuses but

from 4th to 12th there cannot be a problem everyday, documents could have been easily sent

on 5th April & request with mnp sould have been registered on 7th april but instead they started

everything after 12th & still my number has not ported in.

The request to MNP authorities was sent on 12th april, that is after 7 days, actually on which the porting processs should have been completed .
