[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unfair balance deduction again

Hi,

This is not the first time I am lodging a complaint against TATA DOCOMO for unfair balance deduction.

Here's another story,

Yesterday I activated 50MB/5Rs gprs data usage pack which is valid for a day(until midnight 12:00 am), TATA DOCOMO unfairly deducted about 45Rs for data usage whereas I was still left with 1.5MB out of the 50MB Quota for the day.

Their customer care as usual did not lodge any complaint. I called twice and lost another rupee in vain.

My DOCOMO number is : [protected]

I have a TATA PHOTON connection - [protected] & have a pending bill of 1000Rs, I am thinking not to pay this bill to teach TATA GROUP a lesson.

I would strongly recommend everyone to "SAY NO TO TATA DOCOMO".

To name a few reasons:

1. Pathetic service
2. 3rd class network.
3. Big time fraud.

so it's not only waste of time and money with TATA DOCOMO, but a mental harassment.

Please Note : Mathematically if do not pay the Photon plus bill I will be at a gain of

Rs1001 - Rs45 = Rs955

Let me teach you the business .

I am enclosing the correspondence with TATA Docomo regarding refund of money on failure to recharge of my prepaid mobile. I am not surprised that there are many like me who are suffering due to the useless and third rate service provided by the company. Nothing is simple with them as advertised and all their assurances are a bunch of lies as is evident from the following mails. I also spoke to your customers service who have informed that the refund will be made in 7 and the wordings that the matter will be resolved by 5/10/2012 are? written as a routine manner. Yet nothing was done even after
7 days.Therefore a mail was sent again on 11/10/12 as nothing was done also 2nd complaint was raised vide No.632684 dated 11/10/12 for which you have replied that the complaint was closed on 4/10/12 itself and the recharge amount willbe refunded in 5-7 days.

Till date nothing has happened and the amount is still not credited into my account

This amply proves the callous? attitude of your customer service department who have no concern for the
Customer's grievances. To say the least I am disgusted with your false replies to cover up your mistakes
and inaction.?The matter was also taken up through ICICI Bank vide complaint no.[protected] dt.15/10/2012.

Having made enough appeals to you, I have therefore no other option than to make a last request? onceagain to refund the amount forthwith failing which I will escalate the matter and approach your top executives, consumer/civil courts, media and other forums for redressal of my grievance for which you shall be held responsible for all the costs and consequences. I was using TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET APN since last night when I activated the GPRS pack (50MB/until midnight).

Refund or terminate my account.

I don't want to use it anymore.

Here's another story, My billing cycle is 7th to 6th of next month. So new bill starts with 7th. This is third time I am receiving a bill in which data use of 5th of last month had been added, not just 100 or 200, but of 1.2 GB !!, which costs to 600 rupees @ 0.5 per mb. Earlier they did this twice, which I ignored because it was of 50 to 60 mb only, but this time they thought I did not notice and they put 1.2 GB o[censored]sage into the new bill, as if I am stupid who should keep paying for their frauds.

Their network service and speed sucks, speed is only high when you don't have to work, that is late night or very early morning. Whole day speed sucks. On many days there is no HSIA network for whole day, so I have to keep working on dialup speed whole day, what a shame.

I tried calling them at customer, they don't even pick up. I emailed them, they say they forwarded the mail, but to no avail.

They on website say we will give 25 rs if you show unfair bill, but when you call on the number, no one picks the phone. If you register the complaint on their webpage, after filling the form if you submit, it ll show "page does not work" WHAT A BUNCH OF clever cheaters. I have no respect for this company at all. I have two connections of them, each with credit limit of 5, 000. I thnk I wont pay and let them come after me chasing.

So what I will do is when they come to my house to ask for bill, I ll give them 10 rupees per day to pay their 5000 each for each connection. So they learn will learn, what reciprocation is in terms of service and payment.

I did this with reliance, they were ashamed and stopped coming LOL.

on 11 august, 26 rupees automatically deducted from my mobile i.e.
[protected]. when i asked to customer care they told me money had been
deducted due to multiple session running when your data is lesser than 30
MB.
i am not understanding what is that and where this condition has been
written.
Why we can not use our data if 30 mb was remaining. It is a fraud, we have
full permission to use data till last mb.

please do needful and intimate me on my alternate number [protected] as soon
as possible.

Better to return my deducted amount.
