Tata Docomo — unfair balance deduction

i did a 2g pack of Rs.26 yesterday using coupon. But, due to some technical error i suppose, the 2g pack was activated for 2 more times, 3 times in total. As a result of the same, Rs.52 (Rs.26*2) was unfairly deducted from my balance. I contacted the customercare several times, but they were least helping.

Dial Up Connection — Dial Up contection not starts till date

Dear Sir,

I applied for a Dial Up conntection. Two months has been passed Air Tel instal the set and after so many complaints internet conection is not working which I had applied for. I repeatedly requested for that no one have time for the same. One thing is surprising bill sent by the Air Tel .

So I request that immediately disconnectect the contection so I feel relex.

Tata Docomo — UNFAIR DEDUCTION OF CHARGES FOR UN APPROVED ACTIVATION

TATA DOCOMO HAS BEEN CHEATING ITS CUSTOMERS BY SIMPLY ACTIVATING RANDOM OFFERS EVERY MONTH AND DEDUCTING BALANCES AS THEY PLEASE ... PLS STAY AWAY FROM TATA DOCOMO - THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME MORE THAN 3 TIMES ... PLS FORWARD TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS U CAN ........

Tata Docomo — Balance deducted for almost nothing

Company has deducted 89 Rs from my account by stating that i have downloaded a game while i haven't done so.The customer care executive didn't responded well and was just not giving satisfactory answers.They just wanted to ensure me that i have done the fault while i havenot.As such there is nothing left for me to complain else loosing my money or throwing my sim card.
yesterday i was sleeping i have not activated cricket alerts tata docomo customer care deduct balance frn my card.
As my mobile no. [protected] and i have done recharge of 30 rupees on 24/04/12, it credited in my account but next date rupees 29 debit from my balance without any cause then i talk to customer care my complaint id is GBL[protected] and my deducted balance has been returned but after sometime it again deducted and my new complaint id is GBL[protected] but this time no proper action has been taken and mobile no. is black listed. I can't cnt. to custoner care.

I have contacted customer service around eight times and they said the service well be disabled but no action has been taken , i am sick of this unfair method of removing currency

hi i am moumita and i am facing the same problem!!! everyday my balance gets deducted by 1 rupee even though i hav not subscribed to this netwap service! i recently took this docomo sim after watching the advertisements! but why do you make such hollow promises in those ads about unfair deductions if you cannoy live up to them? more that 30 rs has already been deducted from my account for a service that i havnt even subscribed to!!! moreover wenever i go to the deactivation portal they say that no services are active on my number!!! isnt this cheating????

I am fed up with your poor customer services...you say in your tv ad that you dont deduct unfair balances...but oppossite is the case...u people deduct more unfair balance than the fair one....Coming to the problems....1. Earleir i used a blackberry handset and now i switched on to HTC but still i was charged rupees 100 foe two continous weeks for blackberry services....is this a kind of a joke that a person not using blackberry is charged for blackberry services...200 is unfair deduction here....Sunday night i slept with 70 rupees balance in my phone when i woke up i was shocked to see it as 0.07 paise.....70 rupees is the unfair balance deduction here....On sunday mrng i got a recharge done and activated 69 rupees data pack....but today evng i got a msg that my 69 rupees data pack is activated nd rupees 69 were again charged from my balance...so in total a unfair balance deduction of rupees 339 has been done on my number.....and your customer service is superb over the phone they only pick up a phone once in a day and then put it on hold for more than 15 mins so that customer only disconnects it...and when you call them again they all are executives are busy and they cut the phone....for the past 3 months i am having siuch a horrible experience with you people that i cant even explain....and i have all your msgs saved in my phone which provides a clear evidence o[censored]nfair balance deduction....i would love to sue your company in the court but the only thing is that i am not getting time for doing the same...
I would be greately thankful i[censored] can look into the matter and help me in getting my balance back...
