[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Rip off - Device returned no refund

I bought a Tata Photon Service for Rs.3000 in April and it didnt get approved due to Tata's policy. Hence I wanted to return the Photon Device and get my refund of Rs.3000. I spoke to Mrunal from Tata Complains Team On [protected]. Later I was asked to visit the dealer and collect my refind. I was only give Rs. 2250 and said only rs. 600 will be refunded by the company and Rs.150 will be taken as expenses incurred. I agreed. Hence I followed alll thier procedures and followed up for 3 months and yet there is no refund. Please get this sorted as I am extremely dissatisfied that they always promised to call back and fix this and never did. This is highway robbery, They are not even bothered about Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading. Please help.

I was a Tata Photon Plus customer and hhave recentkly returned my modem to the dealer as my verifcationm failed and I didnt want to continue.

I originally paid Rs.3000, however was only refunded 2250 and was told Rs. 600 will come by Tata Telecom.

Tata Indicom/Tata Photon + — Deactivating of the device

hi sir,
i have purchased a Tata Photon+ on 21st sept 2010.After that it got activated in 2 days.Now they have deactivated that for last 12 days.Everyday i get the call from customer care that i have submitted the identity proof and address proof document,I have already submitted that.I have send the scan document to the customer care many times and even submitted the hard copy to the executive.Still they say every time that they do not received any document.I have proof that i have submitted the document.I am really getting pissed off by this.

Tata Photon + — False and Incomplete Information

I have purchased TATA Photon +.
Earlier I ordered for postpaid connection because I got the offer of Goa holiday package. But when the delivery person came there was no document regarding package, they were just trying to be-fool us. When it comes to payment company needs it in advance before activation of service but afterwards they don't want to give anything in return.

Secondly when I took prepaid photon+ there was printed information of all India roaming free service. But nowhere it was mentioned that the device cannot be recharged from out of the state. This is an important information which the company should share with the consumers before and at the time of purchase. Because of this mishap i was not able to access my important mails and thus I suffered also. i would like you to take appropriate action against the said company. Or kindly guide me for the required action.
Yes, I am also on the same boat. Offered bill discount and Goa holiday package and now they don't even answer my email/calls about the promotional services they offered.
