[Resolved] Tata Indicom Broadband — Poor Service in Nashik Office | |
In the Nasik office there is cashier - named Mr. Kulkarni. This person is simply ridiculous. After talking to him several times in person he has registered my request of connection cancellation. he charged me additional 5 days AFTER Bill Period that is one thing. Plus now after 15 days also he is not ready to give me proper no dues receipt. I went to local office several times & everytime he has new reasons like 'come after I am busy', 'talk to my manager'. He just dont want to work on it without paying something in person this is what I can predict. This office of "NASIK - Sharanpur Road" is simply useless. Peoples here are not at all responding good. Specially the cashier & the Manager. Very Bad. I dont understand how TATA can employ such peoples in? Was this information helpful? | |

Regarding Tata broadband, i wouldnt agree less. The people at Tata are trained to give false commitments to prospective clients regarding broadband connections. They are only good at sales. When it comes to service, they score a lowly zero.Once the cheque reaches them, they disappear. My case is a classic. The sales person first chased me to no end to get their connection, after docs and cheque were submitted they vanished. After a month when i finally got to speak to a deputy sales manager, namely Mr Tarang Waghmare, commitments were given on a daily basis.Two months and countless calls later i am sitting in my office with the entire infrastructure minus lease line, recurring a daily loss of about Rs 15000. looks like a respected company like Tata is hand in glove with its employees to con people of their hard earned money, and then also sit back and gloat in pleasure at their daily dillemna. Hats off to you guys at Tata indicom.
PS : I also strongly beleive that this complaint is in vain and will never be addressed.

I am also frustrated user of Metamax line which is own by Rail India. these people are on time for collecting the payments only, for service calls there support person said, send us screen shot from speedtest.net if it is ok then our technical person will not visit your site to attend your complaint.
The company is Dependant on Speedtest.net site results and not there staff.
