[Resolved] Tata Indicom Broadband — amount refund issue | |||
Dear Sir, I (Nattudurai ) want to terminate my VSNL connection due to unsatisfied with your service. I faced connectivity problem continuously by week by week. This complaint we inform your customer care they will resolved the issue with in hour but last time we complaint 5 times (SR NO :[protected] , SR NO :[protected] but nobody response or call back for resolving the issue. This is an business firm, without net connection we do any thing. So we are not interested to continue with your service, that's why we take new connection from other service provider. So pls terminate your service & I paid Advance Rental for 1 year. From 11/11/2011 we are stopped the use your service. I want settled my balance amount through DD/ Cheque / Transfer the Amount to My A/c No. You can also issue Cheque / DD as My Company Name or My Name (Nattudurai) . In your system my name is not correct, correct one is I mentioned above. Nodal Office has requested for 30 more working days for processing this - I got a response from the Nodal Officer only after 6/7 days. Its already more than 90 days that I have waitied and I have not got a confirmation on the refund amount still.

Tata Indicom Broadband — Issues with refund
I have been with Tata Indicom broadband connection for close to 2 years, I have been facing frequent issue with internet going down in my area and they would put up temporary fixes. Main issue would be internet will go down Saturday night and it will not be fixed until Monday afternoon.Finally in May 2010 first week they had problems providing connection and the engineers confirmed that they will not be able to provide wired line broadband and feasibility of Wimax also failed in my location and after having discussion with the customer service executives they confirmed that they will be refunding the money.
I have got a couple of confirmation calls on terminating the connection and processing the refund during end of May/early June. After that I didn't see any progress on the refund. I called up Customer Care and informed them on 28 July 2010 and I didnt receive any response till 1st Aug 2010. I called up customer care and spoke to the floor manager and he assured me that I will get a response by 2nd Aug 2010 - Noon. Also the executive mentioned that the account is suspended and not terminated and I asked him on the refund amount and he stated something close to Rs. 700 less than what was communicated to me. After the conversation with the floor manager I sent an email to the customer care email id and Nodal Officer. I did not see any response till now. I wonder if they really have a customer care team which is realy working on the concerns raised.
