dear sir, the drive for tata indicom cdma1x is not working in windows 7.
please help me out by telling another morderm driver.
hey all these people r shameless we cant do anything against them. we can simply spread the truth so atleast others will not buy their products. this way we can teach them lesson. just spread this message you may get some impact. thank you
just keep posting your complaints untill we get BEST service.

Dear sir,
I purchased the connection of tata before 3 years (no.[protected]) at 850 rs. And ur company said the validity of connection is lifetime. But now its validity gone expired. I talk to jassi telecom dhuri about this m purchased this conn. From them, they talk to mr. atul sharma(officer Punjab tata telecom) on [protected]. But mr. atul sharma did not take any response for my problem. And my phone gone disconnect now. And then again I talk to jassi telecom and they tell to wait. And my balance of this connection which is 75 rs has also expired. Mr. atul sharma told me to recharge of 105 rs. And u will get lifetime validity. But then after recharge of 105 rs. I get 1 month validity. And my phone gone disconnect after one month. Now this is enough. And then atul sharma who r officer of Punjab told me u have recharge 105 rs. again. I do that but when ur company gave me one month validity and 0 bal. and then I talk to mr. sharma he said to me to gave 200 rs. for e mails . then I told that u gave me receipt of this 200 rs. Then he says no for receipt. These 200 rs. Of his black money. Then today 9-07-10 I wrote the mail If the officers of tata take donation of work then the company will be gone down. Then mr. sharma meet me at jassi telecom dhuri then I talk to him for this then they demand to 200 rs. From me and say to take 6 months validity. I surprised I heard the govt. officer to take donation but now like atul sharma who I don’t know he takes black money how many peoples.today this phone I fall at jassi telecom . And from today this no. [protected] which will be responsible mr. atul sharma or jassi telecom. I pray to god for Tata Company beware like this officer atul sharma. And also beware villagers people like us from this officer to robb for his black money.
Like that’s types of officers of tata telecom the company gone down at every where.

an sms with "f" to 51555. i started waiting for the activation code. i dint get it. i thought it could be a technical fault and then sent the same sms to 51555 on 20 different days. . the result, my balance got reduced by 20 rupees, please help.

my phone no is [protected].and i m harrsed by ur excutive since lat monday. but still i didnt get solutaion.
actualy they have charges wornge for (gita sar).&they send me a massege to refund my balance.but didnt given me responce.you tel me what shuold i do now?if no respoce will recieve within 48 hours. i wil be constant to file the case in the consumer court.

Dear Concerned Person,

My Tata Indicom Service No [protected].

I have been in the Plan of 3.1 Mbps spped and 10GB limited download plan. Earlier i had called to inform that the speed of my computer is drastically slow with a speed of

somewhere near a dial up connection but unfortunately i had been paying for a plan with a speed of 3.1 Mbps.

The Technical department of TATA Photon went through some basic troubleshooting steps and assured that the speed will be better from now on.
I also told the technician that a previous tech had changed the port from their end earlier, to resolve the same issue I had few months earlier.
However the technician said it not necessary to do the same this time.
This has been an intermittent problem for quite a lot of months now. (surprisingly, I dont live in the outskirts where the signals may be less... I live in the heart of the city)

Further on the same day I had placed another request for a plan change (Capping Plan of 10gb-which is an unlimited download plan. The speed was supposed to be 3.1 Mbps till 10 GB download and after which the speed would reduce, but i can still access unlimited internet speed for the same cost-Rs.1100/-).
I had clearly stated the above plan change.

Not sure if the executive on the other end had hearing problems, i was put into a plan that i never requested for.
The plan that he put me in is also a capping plan but a capping plan of 5gb, where the speed reduces after 5gb download. (this is the worst plan that i can be on, keeping in mind that i have a usage of around 9 to 10 gb every month)

I called the customer support team and reached an agent named Mr.Azad. He was in no mood to help me out. He kept saying scriptedly that he understood my problems, but had no solution to it.
All I need is the plan to be changed from this billing cycle, which he says is impossible.
I asked for a supervisor (WHEN ASKING, I EVEN TOLD HIM THAT I DON WANT TO HEAR AN EXCUSE SAYING THE SUPERVISOR IS ON ANOTHER CALL). The agent had no shame in repeating my statement and saying that the supervisor is on another call.
I asked for his employee id. He said its against company regulations to provide that information.
I told him that I would talk to a nodal officer and complain regarding bad customer service.
THERE WAS STILL NO CHANGE IN HIS WAY OF HANDLING THE ISSUE. IT ONLY SHOWS THAT WE CUSTOMERS HOLD NO VALUE FOR HIM.


My question is : "WHY SHOULD I SUFFER AND HANG ON TO A PLAN WHICH I HAD NOT OPTED FOR?? IT IS TATA INDICOM'S PROBLEM THAT THE EXECUTIVE MIGRATED ME TO A PLAN THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR".

IM NOT SURE WHOM TO CONTACT NOW, BCOS I KNOW THAT THE NEXT CUSTOMER AGENT WILL NOT HELP ME.

PLS LOOK IN TO THIS ISSUE AND IMPLEMENT AN IMMEDIATE PLAN CHANGE... (PLS UNDERSTAND THAT I CANNOT HOLD ON TO THIS PLAN FOR ONE WHOLE MONTH, SINCE MY INTERNET USAGE IS ATLEAST 10 GB PER MONTH AND CANNOT AFFORD TO STAY ON LOW SPEED AFTER A MEAGRE 5GB)
I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT MY PLEAS REACH SOMEONE WHO IS LISTENING AND WHO VALUES CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE A GENUINE PROBLEM.
