Hi Tata team,
I just bought tata modem, and not able to install modem, i am running windows 7 and i did everything, run set up in compatibility mode, installed correctly, windows shows me that it installed all drivers for the device but still i am getting message when i launch dialer that i need to install modem driver how to resolve this problem as soon as possible, i bought ur service because i need urgent connection as i am on the move, help me as soon as possible,

for sxc-1280 modem drivers press the drives light while inserting it to usb then u will be getting drive like thing in you computer from there u can again install the drivers
if not mail me i will send the drivers link

Hi,
I have Windows XP Sp2. I purchased Tataindicom Plug2 Surf. I installed the drivers and all the required setups. If I try to connect to the internet then I'm getting below error message.
Error [721] : The remote Computer did not respond. For further assistance, Click more Information or Search help & support center for this error number.
What should I do for this error.
Anyone Please mail me what I should install apart from the dialler setup...
