TATA Indicom — Unfair deduction of balance amount in name of Value Added services

Hi,

My name is Vaibhav Kaushik and my Phone No. is [protected]. I am really sick of the irresponsive behaviour of the Tata Indicom Customer Care. I failed to reach the customer care executive for logging my complaint, everytime i called the customer care No. 12524.
Second thing is, these guys are deducting any undue amount in name of Valued added services from my balance and stating that this is done from your mobile. When I checked the logs, i found that said Application is expired on 5th feb 2011 and till date my balance is deducted for the same.

Please look into this and check for the solutions and any other matix of escalation for Tata Indicom Customer care.

I HAVE BUYED A TATA INDICOM MOBILE PHONESO AFTER BUYING PHONE I DONE RECHARGE IN MY MOBILE OF RS 50 100 SO THEY STARTED CUTTING FULL 50 RS 100 RS AND WHEN I USED TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE THEY USED TO ANSWER VERY RUDELY IS THIS A WAY TO TALK TO CUSTOMER AND THEY USED TO NOT GIVE ATTENTION THEY ARE FAKE RASKALS AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED.

Tata indicom Prepaid phone — recharge fraud by tata indicom.

i got my prepaid phone recharged yesterday in the evening with Rs. 20 only...i didnt get any msg frm the company about recharge ..but i went home thinking that it might be bcoz of server down problem. but now i realised that my no. didnt get recharched..this happened with me earlier also but i didnt cared about it much...but this time kindly help ....if possible kindly give me my balance to my no....my no. is [protected]....

TATA Indicom — Balance Not received

Today I was try to recharge online my no. [protected] thru tata indicom site www.ichoose.in where my balance deducted from my account (Rs. 121) But not received in my mobile.

as per request to tata indicom tele services they are not changing my phone from 10 to 12 months i have submit many complaints but they did not give any response i m very frustrated from them and they even don't cancle my number

my phone no.[protected] instrument is not working from last 10-12 months. i have registered many complaints at customer care but they always replace my instrument with old used instrument which also is not working properly. i requested you to please take some serious action against them
take some hard decision against company

TATA Indicom — false Billing

Dear Mr. Manoj Semwal,

My Tata Indicom Account No is[protected]. I have a paln of Rs. 2000 per month but in Feb'11 I got bill of Rs. 3661/-. When I contacted customer care, didn't get proper information & asistance.

I'm a tata customer from last two year with having 8 connections. Would request you to kindly look into the matter or I would be forced to switch to other service provider.

TATA Indicom — WIRELESS CONNECTION DEACTIVATION NOT BEING PROCESSED

Hi,

For the last 7 months i have been asking for disconnect/de-activation of tata indicom wireless services for Tata Indicom Number[protected] but the same has still not been disconnected.

This is the most disgusting and slow connection ever found on earth.Please help me in disconnecting the same.

TATA Indicom — MNP request deliberately rejected or ignored by Tata Indicom.

I'm Karthikeyan M. I have a Tata Indicom Prepaid Number([protected]) from Chennai Circle. I gave a request for Mobile Number Porting from Tata Indicom to Vodafone (Chennai Circle). I got a message from Tata Indicom saying that my MNP request has been rejected because of 'Inter service area porting'. I approached the Tata Indicom showroom at Velacherry, Chennai, and explained them that both Port In & Port Out are Chennai Circle. After a couple of days, the Tata Indicom people told that it is their System fault & now it has been rectified and asked me to give a fresh MNP request. This time I gave a Porting request from tata Indicom to Tata Docomo with the same UPC. They told me that, it will be ported in 7 working days. Nothing happened. When I approached the Tata Indicom showroom at Velacherry, they told me the request is not logged in their system & asked me to give a request.

This time, i got a new UPC (on 14/02/2011), and gave a fresh request for porting from Tata Indicom to Vodafone(on 15/02/2011). The UPC is TT845893 valid till 01/03/2011. My Mobile Number is [protected]. When I approached the Vodafone guys in Anna Nagar, Chennai, I was told that the Tata Indicom People has not yet approved the Porting yet.

From this it is clear that Tata Indicom is deliberately postponing the approval & by that time UPC will become invalid & hence retaining the Customer. It is a cheap practice followed by Tata Indicom. I didn't expect this sort of treatment from the house of Tata.

If my Porting request is rejected/ignored by the tata Indicom people this time, I'm getting ready to take legal action against them.
My name is Ravinder Singh from Delhi and I am using Tata indicom prepaid number [protected] from more 2 years. Recently on 3rd Feb 2011 I made a request at Airtel for MNP, and on 8th Feb 2011, I got an sms from Airtel that the your porting request was rejected because the unique code is not matching with the donor allocated porting code. I again made a request for unique code on same day. This time a got an sms from Tata indicom that your unique code TD544682 is already exists and which is valid till 18th Feb 2011. On 9th Feb 2011 I again go to Airtel and refill all the forms pertaining to MNP. Within a few days My porting request had been turned down again stating the same reason that unique code is mismatching.

Since my unique code TD544682 was valid till 18th Feb 2011, I thought there could be some technical fault that why my porting request is not approved, on 19th Feb a regenerate a fresh unique code TD981734 and went to vodaphone for porting. Few days later on 25th Feb 2011, I got an sms from vodafone stating that porting request had been rejected by your current operator due to the unique code does not match the donor allocated unique code for this number. I tried to log a complaint in this regard at Tata customer care, but they refused to provide me complaint number or docket number.

It is now evident that Tata Indicom is deliberately rejecting my porting request by stating the wrong reasons and trying to retain the customer by this cheap practice. I am very annoyed with this harassment and need compensation from Tata indicom and going to take a legal action against them. Since I have very very strong evidences against Tata indicom, I hope consumer court will definitely help me to provide me releief.

TATA Indicom — Balance not recovered

My Tata indicom TATA walky prepaid no. [protected] registered on the name of Jaswinder singh Dhuri.It`s validity was to be over by 10.5.2010 &it was having a balance of Rs.305 at that time in it and it`s recharge period was of 15 days after 10.5.2010 an we got it recharged accordingly by 19.5.2010 for life time validity.After so many days it was again working.But i do not got my balance in my account. I many times contacted our area manager Mr. Gourav Bansal.But he did not responded in our favour.As a result i was unable to use my phone till date.Today i contacted customer care centre 12524 and they answered that no information is available for this case and they ask me to contact after a short period of time.And after that they were not available to listen to my comlaint.

i am using tata indicom and i am not happy with the service so i went to vodafone for porting and i had paid the bill of tata indicom before due date and i submitted the same at vodafone along with the other
required documents on 16th of feb when i visited them on 1 st of march they told me that the request
was rejected from tata indicom side and i have cleared all the dues till date i even called tata indicom customer care twice they have not replied me with a suitable answer.my tata indicom number is [protected].
