TATA Indicom — internet service

Dear sir/madam,
I want to use internet with my number [protected] so i ask about data pack and after suggestion of customer care i recharge my no with 43 rs, now i want to check my data balance and for this i call 5-6 time to your customer care and wasting my 4-5 hr i get 5 new suggestion from different executive like call on 12527 (no. for general balance) , call on 12525 , call on 15225 and sms DP BAL to 58265 , and i am very sorry to say none of these working , and now i also cross max limit to call at 12524 so i can't able to talk further to ur c.care person.
I hope a better and quick solution from your side to being retain by believe of better service on tataindicom true paid.

TATA Indicom — regarding photon bill

Sir i activated a monthly plan of Rs 500/- of tata photon no. [protected] on my name Ripan Sandhu,c-64,hanuman nagar balmiki marg jaipur in the month of april 2011. After using it for one and half month it lost somewhere. I immidiately rush to Tata indicom office situated in Vashali nagar and submitted an application to stop the services of the same with immidiate effect. At that time they assured me that your services have been stoped. Sir i paid there last bill of Rs.320/- vide bill no.52914,dtd07.06.2011.Sir in the month of july they sent me a message to pay Rs.485/-against usage charges of tata photon.Sir i again went to there office and told them that the services of data card have already been stopped by my written complaint due to lost of data card. They check there records and told me that we have received a request to restart your services.I told them that i have never submitted any request to start the services,if you have any such request they can show it to me.But they failed to show it.Sir then one of there executive appologised to me and asked his subordinate to wawe of my bill. Sir today dtd.24.08.2011,they once again called me to deposit a sum of Rs.485/- against bill of july.Sir once again i told them the whole story and they asked me to talk to coustomer care.Sir i talked with coustomer care and they told me that the matter is related to vashali office Jaipur,better you talk to them.Sir i told them that i have talked with them several times but no action has been taken.But costumer care shoes helplessness in this matter. Sir i am fed up by there behaviour and response given.This is requested to your goodself to look into the matter and take action as per rules at your end. Thank you.

TATA Indicom — sim is not working properly

l have a connection of tata indicom.
many of times tata indicom is disconncet my outgoing calls for not any reason
can i know when my sim working properly and refund my money
when i make a call for friends the call is connected in tata indicom and tata indicom is cut the charge from my account balance.
when i contact tata indicom customer care they replied just go to retailer or tata indicom outlet.
how many times a consumer go to tata indicom outlet for sim is not working properly or refund complaints,make outgoing calls etc.

TATA Indicom — Abusive Marketing executive.Although TELEPHONE NUMBER IS REGISTERED WITH DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE.

Tata Indicom is not not following TRAI norms. I have my number registered with DO NOT DISTURB Service yet I keep receiving Marketing call from rude Marketing executives who themselves do not know about the product they are selling.

For the past three days, I am trying to register a complaint with Tata Indicom Customer Service, but they refuse to take down my complaint using as many excuses as possible!!

I had received a call from [protected] , from a caller named "VASUDEB" who was trying to sell me Tata Photon plus, giving me all the wrong information he could,(I was already familiar with few of the tariff plans because my friends are using it).On cross questioning him, he banged down the phone abusing me !!!!.

WHAT KIND OF A SERVICE ARE YOU RUNNING? WHAT PEOPLE ARE YOU EMPLOYING???

I am seriously thinking of switching to some other network now , where the Customer service wil be more professional!!

I would like to add again ..very very poor customer Service, since I had been trying to complain since the morning of 27th August, I could only (after at aleast 20 calls ) register my complaint today 29th august evening.

Even Government firms have become more professional that this.
Sir i have receaved your sms with docket complaint no.[protected], that my request will be sort out on dtd.27.08.2011 at10.30 am.I rang up at your coustomer care center jaipur and they told me that you may contact us on 30th Aug. in this regard. Sir then i rang up them on 30th Aug. then they asked me to contact them on 03rd.Sept. In-between i received three calls from ur office to pay the amount.Sir kindy sort out my problem at the earliest to avoid further harassment. Thank you.

TATA Indicom — Pathetic Service of Photon Mobile Broadband Service

I am using a Photon plus connection since the last 6 months. Most of the time either the speed is pathetic slow else does not connect. I guess the service should be 24X7 without fluctuating. What's the use if it does not connect. Instead of spending huge amount of money on ADS and hoardings Tata Indicom should spend on increasing capacity of its customers needs and satisfaction. After purchasing the device, customers are stuck on its network. TRAI should intervene on this and this will reduce customer pain. We pay for the service and not for rental of the device. I am sure TATAINDICOM is very aware of this so I do not have to provide my details as every customer is facing same problem more or less. Normally when photon connects, download speed is 10-12 kbps whereas 2G mobile download speed is 20-30 kbps (ON HOARDINGS ROCKET TRAIN IS DISPLAYED !!! SHOULD HAVE BEEN BULLOCK CART). Even this page took 2 mins to load in the browser ( which is very PATHETIC).

TRAI please help. Its your duty

TATA Indicom — No provision of changing Billing cycle, poor network

Hello,

I am using a Tata Indicom CDMA postpaid since 12 months. What i have noticed - Tata indicom is not being prompt to keep its promises to their customers. Their services are really poor which in result gives us a frustrating situations sometimes.

My due date is on 1st of every month. Paying bills on 1st of every month is a big deal for a salary employed who gets his salary on 7th of every month.

Every month when i am fail to pay my bills on1st, they simply cut my outgoing services, impose a Rs100 fine as late payment in every bill. Upon contacting the Customer Care, they say they don't have any provision to change my billing cycle.

This is being very frustrating for me. Either they should change my billing cycle, continue my outgoing services without barred or just not to impose rs100 fine against late payment in every billing.

TATA Indicom — HELPLESS INDICOM

My mobile no. is [protected].In continuation to my earlier complaints dated 23/08/2011 (Complain No.BAL[protected]), 27/08/2011,[protected] and[protected]Complain No.BAL[protected]),I would like to add my grievances that my balances has been deducted by Rs.5.00,Re.1.00,Re.1.00and Rs.5.00 on[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] respectively.No balance deducted on[protected],as there was nil balance on my account.

Almost daily I use to receive sms like "You have 62 FREE downloads left !Get Today's Top Picks:,." from 54646 and sometimes from +54646,which I am receiving for a long time and last received on[protected] at 10.12 AM.This is somehow connected with balance deduction.I didn't receive any such sms on 27th,28th &29th of August'2011.It is very surprising that not only the service provider is helpless in stopping the sms,they are not even clarifying what's it all about.
I have now concluded that they are really helpless and reporting to them any problem is like "BHAINS KE AAGE BEEN BAJANA".I do not want to be part of such a helpless family.I am a Sales Tax Officer and do not have time to daily report my grievances for no result.In a country where customers are treated as BHAGWAN,a customer is not getting attention even.
This is Horrible !

My name is Arshad mohammed sadik puthawala.we have tata indicom connection.My firmed name is APOLLO BINDING WORKS..and my tata indicom no. is[protected]...OUR account no.is[protected]..our connection is dead from since 3 months..we are complain again and again about it at Clco Relief Road,Shop no.4,Bhavan complex, Zaverivad Bus Stop, Nr.Azad Restaurant,Relief Road,Ahmedabad...We have submitted all documets they want.,but they don't give us satisfactory answer..they told us that your connection is dead 'cause of our company fault..I Request u to do your best in this metter..and please Respond me that what i have to do for this metter..we are facing so many problems for this dead phone.

I STARTED MY NEW TATA CONNECTION RECENTLY. MY PLAN IS 1 PAISE/SEC. CUST. CARE TOLD ME ABOUT TATA TO TATA PLAN OF RS. 34. THEY SAID TO ME THAT I CHARGED WITH 1 PAISA/4 SEC LOCAL AND STD TATA. BUT I CHARGED WITH 15 PAISE/ MIN. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS BUT THERE IS NO RESULT.
