[Resolved] TATA Indicom Photon Plus — raising bill after disconnection | |||
My TATA Indicom photon plus connection no. [protected] against a/c no.[protected] has been disconnected on 28th Jun 2010 as per disconnection request no.[protected]. I find that a bill of Rs 40/- has been raised inspite of disconnection and payment of all dues.Please stop raising bills. Was this information helpful? | |||

Exactly the same problem happened in my case ...they have generated a bill of 7500 rs. saying that I have done 21 GBS o[censored]sage where usually my usage is about 5 gb per month...I dont know where from Tata Indicom is getting this "21 GB" usage magic number...when my yearly statistics doesnt show that much o[censored]sage how can my monthly usage be so much...and the customer care is really pathetic...they dont even listen to my complaint properly
My Photon plus number is [protected].Please Cancel my connection Due to Service Problem.Already i sent mail to u two times One and half month before.But up to now i am not receiving any disconnecting mail.we are not using that from last two months. But You sent the bill payment mail to us.Please disconnect the connection as soon as possible.You sent the last two months bill why we pay the money without usage.Once check it.

TATA Indicom, photon plus — Impossible bill
TATA photon plus is being used in a residence since 2 months, the bill which came on the 28th of july says you have a bill of 24, 154 rs that is impossible for a bill of a residence for a month, internet has not been even used for 2 gb and the bill shows it has been used for 21 GB that is irresponsible of the company.Also at complaining to the service center at goregaon west they say you have used till that amount and you will have to pay, they dont even listen to the customers complaint properly i had to literally plead them to do something about this issue, this is extremely not responsible of the company. Please help.
