[Resolved] Tata Manza — False commitment & poor service | |||
Sir this is Neelesh chaurasia , I have booked Tata Manza from Concorde Motors Malad , with Mr.Amit bedkar as sales executive. I have booked the car on the commitment of the concorde motors that it will be delivered in 10 days .i wanted the car urgently so had to go for it. I paid all the amount of 6.2lakhs with qutation no 2749 , its been more than 20 days & yet the sales executive or the manager dont have clue when it will be delivered. I tried complaining on concord motors website , but its not working. I tried complaining on tata motors help line no , but still there was no help from it. I tried calling concorde motors prabhadevi the regional head of concorde motors.But Mr. desai the manager of that branch never came on the phone. fustrated by the service , when i asked for my money back to this also they refused to. I dont know how to take this complaint ahead. I booked the tata only on the faith of tata brand name.but the consequence was a pathetic service & customer experience. i have purchase tata manza from way automotives (jeypore) odisha
i can't get propper service of my head light problem & false commitment during the sale of the car, the sales man has promisess to give the body cover & boot cover. so I kindly request you to solve this problem. it is an request.

Also, Sadique Ansari[protected] the regional head of Tata Motors does not answer and teh receptionist does not know any other work apart from transfering the call. All else he says is with the great Sadique Ansari...God help those who buy Tata Cars including myself.
