[Resolved]  Tata Photon + — sudden abortion of connection

Respected Sir,

With due respect i beg to inform u that recently i bought an internet browsing device from TATA INDICOM and the device name is tata photon +, as after browsing for few days on[protected] of Rs 200. But after when i recharged i start to browse again the message comes that there is some error , then i called to the customer care about the matter they said that they cfut the browsing charge from my account after recharging i.e of Rs 69 at 12:48 min and Rs181 at same time, but how it is possible i had not browsed it after recharging.Then i went to the office but no one had responsed my queries.My tata photon+ account number is [protected]. Bongaigaon , assam is the tata office from where i bought the device.

So if you kindly help in this matter then i will be always thank full to you.
