[Resolved] Tata Photon — Deactivation issue | |||
I requested for deactivating my Tata photon number [protected] on the same date of purchase with request number[protected]Sept). But this request was not fulfilled from Tata photon services end. Since I confirmed my deactivation, I am not liable to pay any amount. I have got Rs. 268 payment for a photon service that was never used. The customer care gave me another deactivation request number[protected]Oct) claiming that I had asked to renew my services which is false. After few days cancellation dept called the first time and explained me new plans which I had no interest in and I repeatedly said to deactivate my account. Which obviously didnt happen. I cannot keep calling customer care everyday to confirm whether the respective departments are transferring my disconnecting request or not. I have seen many cases where legal notices were sent for outstanding amount post disconnection because billing department and cancellation dept dont do their jobs. Please resolve this issue. Ive seen people getting legal notices for outstanding amount. i cannot keep paying Tata for their departments not transferring my request. Was this information helpful? | |||
