Tata Photon Plus — Zero Customer service - Any problem,no solution but complaints move to resolved state

I am Ranjith and I have Tata Photon Plus connection with number [protected]. This is regarding the billing for October which got generated on 5th of November. If I add up the daily usage given in my
tata indicom account online, it sums up to 9403 MB which is well below the 10GB limit. But the bill got generated saying I used 11900 MB saying I need to pay an excess of 1000 Rs than whay I pay everymonth because I crossed the 10 GB limit. I have the screenshots which indicate exactly how many MBs of data I used everyday. I have been making calls on phone and the complaints move to resolved state when I myself am not satisfied did not close the issue.

First complaint ID[protected] I got a call from customer service executive named Vamsi who had absolutely no understanding of what my problem was. He was talking about last bill which was already paid and I had no issues with. When I mentioned I had issues with this month's bill, he quietly closed the issue saying you need to send a mail to
Customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, Customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in From that day all my mails to these email ids are bouncing.

Second complaint ID[protected] Asked for an itemised bill so that I could match it with the screenshots that I have. He had sent an itemised bill indication minutes and not data usage. I asked him I need itemised bill indicating how many MBs of data I used on a day to day basis. He says they do not have it. Ridiculous, I have data from my login from their website and now they say they cannot get the same data. They closed this also saying itemised bill was given to me.

Third complaint ID[protected] A a customer care executive called up saying because you have been complaining continuously, we will reduce 500 Rs from your bill and he cannot reduce 1000 Rs. I argued a lot but he would not agree. I asked him name and he did not give me his name. He says a new bill will be generated in a day reducing 500 Rs and closed the complaint ID. No new bill, it's been 6 days now.

Called up again today - They have no history of what happened all these days and I have to re-sayyyy everything again and a fresh complaint was taken. I am sure they will say some other story tomorrow and close that as well.

Do we call this customer service? I have high regards for Tata because I believed they follow ethics but these acts are making me think otherwise. Doing all this it has taken 15 days now, wasting all my precious time. The due date of the bill is 21st of this month.

One more thing, for every complaint they say you can contact Nodal officer Mr. Dheeraj Chatlanion [protected] if you are not satisfied with the closure of the complaint. If I call him, the call gets accepted with a fax machine kind of noise and no response from the other side.

I have taken the photon plus 6 months back. First month the billing was okay. I opted for 1800 minutes plan. Religiously I have using the limit of 1800 minutes every month. First of all they do not provide the detailed bill those who do not notice the login details taken for a ride. They have charged me for the unused units which I disagreed with them. They keep sending the mails and calls with out addressing our real issues. If you have time and extra money do some charity work which will give you mental satisfaction. The system is not at all transparent. You will not get revert from the Nodal officers and do not expect them to take your calls as well. We should collectively bring them into the public forum. After the continuous follow up and and firm decision I had received call from the billing department & got the bill waived off for the unused units. Second month also I had the the same scenario. Waiting for this issue to be resolved. Think twice before you opt for the Tata Photon Plus. That is my advice.

Tata Photon — zero customer service

I purchased a Tata Photon plus USB port from Tata indicom galary Mumbai(Borivali-East) branch.At the time of purchase they told me it will take 10 minutes to activate but 48 hours has gone but still they have not activated my USB port.Now they are not picking the phone also.I request all the readers of the site not to go for any Tata product.Because simply they are useless & the brand itself is stands for bugus.
I am in complete agreement with you as I faced the same problem 2 months ago. The tata photon service is the worst in the market. Dont let them eat your hard earned money and lets pledge them to teach a lesson. I know that its diffcult to sue them and waste our time but what we can do is ask our family and friends not to use tata photon connections. Load all the social networkign sites with your issues so that a real face of tata could be shown to the people.

Dont ever buy a tata photon connection.
