[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus — Cheating

I Rajarshi Ranjan Ghosh, a regular subscriber of Tata Photon Plus with Photon plus Id [protected].
That Sir, every month I use to recharge my account within validity period and I had accumulated about
5450 MB o[censored]sage at my credit, but suddenly in the month of March 2012 even after recharging with Rs 350/- on 5th of this month(March2012 which was the last date of my validity period), my account shows Zero balance, and I could not able to avail the required services whole of the month,for which I am having much inconvenience. I contacted Tata Photon's Customer Care Center but till now no rectification regarding the same was done on their part, and they insisted on that, "No recharge was done from my part". I further sent a email to the Nodal Officer of our area sating him my grievances, still I got no response from him too.
Please help me out regarding this. I can furnish all the payment details as required.

There are lot of complaints for my account number[protected]. Few are listed below:
1. To get this connection, received a very bad service, so raised a online complaint (complaint number:154013 dt:[protected]. Still it is open. No one cares...
2. After taking long follow up of about a month, got the modem delivery. (Faulty modem)
3. My connection is not yet activated (till today) but in system, it shows that connection is activated from 19 May.
4. Issued a faulty kit which is not even detectable to computer.
5. Had a call with your representatives Mr. Rahul ([protected]) and his team (Omkar, Aniket). As usual every one said that he will look into this and will call back. Hardly anyone has called me back.
6. Then I called customer care on [protected] and told the issue of faulty model issued to me, they give me a docket number[protected]. On the same day got the call from Rahul. Surprisingly he gave me the same docket number. (Don't know who have created it)
7. He told that their service center technician will visit and will help to resolve the issue. In reference to this, Mr John has visited to my address and verified that the device is faulty. When I have asked him to replace the same, he told that someone from dealer will come and he will replace it within one or two days and will take away this faulty kit.
8. After no replay from your side in 7 days, I again called to customer care [protected]. They told that I have been told to visit service center. I said no one has confirmed this with me. Then he checked the request log and told that my cell is not reachable. (Surprise to me). Because I have not got any SMS or email from your side. All the things are done at your side only.
9. I requested there on customer care that the kit is still not installed so please issue me a fresh new kit and take away this faulty kit as your technician has confirmed the same. No one cares.. They said you have to visit service center.
10. Due to frustration above I have raised a request for cancellation and and refund of money collected. (complaint number 160803 dt[protected]They denied to the refund but are processed the cancellation request (Complete cheating)
11. Then visited to Pimpri service center (Stronic PCMC C-4 in Mother of Worlds, near Jai Ganesh Fame multiplex) and got shocking news that kit is invalid.

12. Then again I went to TVS and told the issue. They checked the numbers and got shocked that the hardware was issued on the name of someone else other than me. They told me that they are raising a complaint against the agency. (Ref number[protected]..God knows what happened to this number.
Meanwhile they told to get the certificate from Authorised Service Center and with that certificate go to the dealer and you will get replacement modem. Then again go to the service center, but it was closed due to Saturday. Where as the time details provided by customer care are different.
And Finally on Tuesday[protected] they have closed my connection without giving my money back......Very Bad and Unfair
13. Also when I visited TVS, there I came to know that you have generated a bill against me...Oh God...
14. Then I have told that take away your faulty kit and pay the money back or give me a new modem as a replacement. But finally got the mail today that they just disconnected my connection only. Who knows how the issue is solved?
15. Then they told me to get the modem replaced from service centre and they will activate the service.
16. After taking long follow up, I got the working modem but now they saying that connection is permanently disconnected and I need to apply for the fresh connection...

To solve this issue, I have frequently send a mail but check the frequency of your responses...

For these issues, I have also called many times on their nodal officer number [protected], but no there I here only a predefined tape only.

So can you please tell me what happened to above complaints....

Why you are in a such a business of selling faulty kits and incurring money?

And who is responsible for customer headache?

Tata Photon Plus — Delivery not done one time

I had bought the Tata Photon Plus connection from Vriti Interactive. Online Payment of Rs.1699 for the device was also done. Name of the executives cordinating from their end Prabhat Mishra, Vipin Kumar and Mumtaz Ahmed. I have still not recd. the device irrespective of multiple follow up's. I was promised that delivery will be done within 2 hours.

hey man, is it the speed u get in torrent downloads coz even i get the same speed : max : 10kbps while downloading torrent files.
They are shaping the traffic for torrent softwares. It is a common practise to put a cap on p2p softwares in the Western countries.But atleast they admit that they do it, but here in india, these guys clandestinely put a cap on unlimited plans.

I purchased a Tata Photon+ connection from BHUMI ENTREPRISE/SPEED ENT. , Owner: Bhumi Panchal, one of your executive Digvijay-[protected], office-[protected], chirag-[protected], [protected], Rajesh-[protected], Data card no: [protected].

1. I have purchase tata photon plus from bhumi ent. b-35, shupath-2, nr. old vadaj bus stop.ahmedabad, gujarat. at that time we have decide amount 3500 for 6 month unlimited plan for 3.1 mb speed. they have agree and sold me. at that time i have pay 3500 and they have give me receipt, thenafter 24 hrs they dissconnect my connection and forcing me to pay 1000 rs to continue service. at the time of deal thay said to pay 3500 only thenafter they call me daily and talking badly to me for paying 1000 rs. now the support staff is saying that they have registered my card with company, so forcing more to pay 1000 rs.. If this was the case why they sold me the connection with wrong information. I hope this is not a part of Tata sales practices to cheat their customers.

2. Yesterday I went to your ahmedabad gujarat bhavan head office to inform this, they was hopeless and none of them take any step regarding this cheats. providing wrong information to customers it make a offence. so please inform them to pay back 3500 and get there data card back.

3. The given data card was of another person MANISH PATEL, and they said me it is new card and will get register my name. it is one big cheat and miss using my docs. and details.

I hope that I will receive any reply of this mail.
I hope someone in TATA still feel responsible for their brand image and will look into this.
