[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus — No response from service Engineer , always mobile switch off or does not attend phone

Even after repeated try the customer service personnel could not be contacted. The complaints has been lodged to the shop from where the
modem was taken for new connection. The contact Mobile no which was given for lodging complaints are always found either Mobile Switched Off Or does attend the phone. I am trying for last four days , now i am fade up , if this the situation prevails then i shall be bound to request Tata Indicom to cancell my connection , take back the Modem and refund my money back. It is very much surprise that before taking connection nobody told us regarding such type of customer services that Tata Indicom provides to their customer. I have lot of important jobs to be done in the net because of that i have taken this connection. All these jobs are getting pending now.
