[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — disconnections | |||
hi.[protected] is my photon plus number.I have purchased it one month back and i am highly unsatisfied with the service.I got disconnected lots of time from your server in short span of time, means loss my signal in every 2 to 3 minutes and i am not on such location where signals cant reach. I have one more photon plus which in in good working condition but this one not atall upto the mark.Even i cant think of making any bank transaction via this device.While writing this mail,even i get lots of disconnections.Toll free number is helpless in this I talk to them many times.So NW I JUST WANT TO TO KNOW HOW TO EITHER STOP THIS SERVICE(NO LONGER WANT TO BE CUSTOMER OF TATA PHOTON PLUS) OR IF POSSIBLE THERE IS ANYOTHER ALTERNATIVE.....
