[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — poor service of tata photon plus | |||
Hi ,this is om prakash dubey from kakkanad(kochi).At last i have no other option than filing a complaint against a company whom i have always respected.From morning itself network is not showing in my tata photon device ,due to which i m not able to access the network.i tried calling to customer care on [protected] but all the time ivr keep me telling that no. is busy.is this the way to manage your service. so,either contact me,for intimating that u gonna fix the issue or disconnect my connection.i am keeping this complaint as a proof.so please either resolve the issue or disconnect the connection because next month i m not going to pay any amount as i m not getting the network on my device and m not able to talk to customer care to discontinue my connection. i[censored] will not resolve or disconnect i will have to step toward consumer forum for this.
